It is incredible for dry skin!
-Yes it is thick and sticky -Yes it dries down quickly -Yes it leaves a chalky white residue -Yes it will rub/flake/dust off after drying This product IS amazing and does exactly what it says. --I use it before bed so the stickiness doesn't bother me as much --It does leave a chalky residue on the sheets BUT IT DOES NOT STAIN you can literally dust it right off --The rubbing/dusting that comes off of you when you rub is a good thing, its the salicylic acid doing its job and removing that dry dead skin so that the moisture can sink into your skin barrier better.

Great Product!
Great for hands and feet! I read the reviews complaining about the inability to "rub in" the cream. I had the same problem, however, after several uses, I found that rubbing this cream for several minutes causes it to ball up and slough the dead skin cells. I used it on my hands and feet and is a great way to soften both at the same time. I then use an additional pea-size amount with my body lotion and it absorbs wonderfully! The smell isn't the best but adding my lotion decreases this problem. My hands and feet always crack in the winter to the point of bleeding. I've tried "Working Hands" and it did nothing. This cream has prevented the cracking and rough spots. I can tell if I skip a few days of use as the dry, cracking skin begins. This is an amazing product once you learn to use it correctly. If I had one complaint, it would be the smell. Again, after I've sloughed the dead skin and add my scented body lotion, it's very tolerable considering the excellent results!

Read the instructions: Works as intended, this is a treatment, not a regular moisturizer!
I can’t believe some of the reviews I’m reading. It’s clear that many people haven’t read the instructions or don’t understand what this product is designed for. This is not a regular moisturising cream. It does leave a white residue, and that is completely normal. The slight stickiness comes from the active ingredients, and only a small amount is meant to be used. This is a treatment, not a quick fix. Most importantly, it works. It’s the only product I’ve ever used that has given me real results. Dry skin becomes noticeably softer, cracks on heels improve, and the quality of this product is excellent. Best treatment for cracked skin.

Works great on cracked hands & feet.
I have neuropathy, and I have no feeling in pretty much all of my legs down. It causes a lot of problems with my feet cracking and toenails chipping. This is one of the better creams, aside from prescription creams, that have worked is this well! I don't love the smell, texture & residue, so I put this on then socks. My toe nails and heels are doing very well. They're not cracking and their appearance looks great! My feet actually look moisturized and healthy.

Good stuff
I bought this because it seemed to be the highest rated foot cream having urea and salicylic acid which is what I wanted. My feet weren't terrible, but there was some mild cracks on my heels that I would occassionaly pick at which didn't help at all. I did not use any type of moisturizer on my feet before this and I was really bothered by my dry heels. I did use a pumice brush in the shower from time to time but needing something more that could help with exfoliation and moisture. I have been pretty good about using it at least once a day and have seen great results. The skin is softer to the touch, more hydrated, and in much better shape. The cracks are almost all gone. This isn't an instant result kind of product; you definitely have to use it for a week or so to see real results. The consistency of this product is very thick and gooey and it may leave your hands a little sticky, but nothing crazy. If you wash or put lotion on your hands after you are fine. I only use a little bit at a time and layer as needed. If you use too much it can leave a white residue and just feel icky. For me a little goes a long way.

Works but not a casual lotion--more like an application
Derm recommended for dry winter hands and feet. Very sticky and somewhat odorous and the cream flakes around the edges of the container making it a bit messy each time it's opened. I guess it's working? You'll need to be wearing socks or gloves after application unless you want your house full of grease.

Works, but follow the directions.
This is great for dry, cracked heals. I also used it on my shins which were dry and flakey, but follow the directions. All the comments from the other reviews are true: it can be sticky so plan to put on socks right after. Use it regularly once or twice a day for a couple weeks until your symptoms resolve and then just use occasionally as needed. It's not an everyday moisturizer but a treatment for a particular problem so keep that in mind. Also note that it can leave a white cast on your skin (washes off in the shower, but you may not want it to show during the day so be forewarned). It can also leave white marks on your clothing. Again, it'll wash off, but be careful if you're applying it in the morning. I tend to put a towel over my clothes while applying it to my feet in the morning to avoid any transfer to my clothes. But, overall, I'm really happy with it. I'm seeing a lot of healing after a week's use and hope to see my issues resolved in another week's time. And a little bit goes a long way so I still have a ton left.

Works great for stubborn calluses!
This cream has been incredibly effective for my calluses. I've tried many products over the years, but the 40% urea formula in this one actually delivers results. Within a few days of regular use, I noticed my calluses softening significantly. The thick, rough skin that wouldn't budge with other products started breaking down and becoming manageable. The combination of urea and salicylic acid really works to exfoliate and soften stubborn areas. The texture is rich and moisturizing without being greasy. It absorbs well and doesn't leave my feet slippery. I appreciate that it's odor-free and doesn't have that medicinal smell some foot creams have. I apply it at night before bed, focusing on problem areas, and I've seen consistent improvement. My feet feel softer and smoother, and the calluses are much less noticeable. If you struggle with persistent calluses like I do, this is worth trying. The high urea concentration makes a real difference, and the added moisturizing ingredients keep skin from drying out. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with stubborn calluses or very dry feet!
