Machpro 5 MP HD Mini Magnetic Pen Camera

I use this cam from 2020 Nov, still it is working very good. Especially battery is excellent. Atleast morethan 3hrs you can use continuously. Video quality and sound is not bad. But to operate you should understand well. I think in operation manual company did not mention it properly.What I am doing: make the 2 switches up (save-Rec and save-video) and switch on the power switch (ON-LAMP switch), then it will start working with green light blinking. To stop/to switch off power, just make the 2 switches down (save-Rec and save-video) then after 1-2 minutes automatically it will be switched off the power with 3 times green blinking and recording will be saved. Do not disturb in between, if you use carefully this is a good camera, i face the difficulty to change time of recording, i tried but failed.

I really likeed.when reviewed thengeature but when eveived it was a complete disappointing. Devise is not working, no video captured and was not accesaable on laptop. No assistance and no manual.was attached. Hences returned for a replacement and will see what we aregoing to receive

Sometimes it records ...... sometimes only 20 to 30 min onlyAnd even full charge battery it stops automatically

Though the product was useful to me, it failed to work in a very short period, has worked only for two months.I am not sure whether the battery is defective or the charging circuit failed: the camera recording is working with the usb power plugged in..I need the support of the seller to rectify this product.
