Good to Add to Rice
I eat a lot of rice and often add this to it after the rice is finished cooking. Not only am I adding veggies, but it helps soak up leftover water from the rice that may not have drained and adds flavor to my weekly stir fry dishes. It is a bit expensive but it also goes a long way. For me, personally, it is a good purchase that I will buy again.

My birds love it
I know this isn’t made specifically for birds, but if you have pet birds as picky as mine this is a great way to get them to eat vegetables! They hate the texture of fresh veggies.

They're...Just Peas!
My kids got addicted to freeze dried fruit as a snack, so I thought I'd try adding freeze dried veggies to the mix. These peas are pretty good. They taste like...dried peas. Since the name of the product is "Just Peas," this is a good thing, not a bad thing; there's nothing added to these, not even salt. I mindlessly munched on some as a snack; my kids were less thrilled with these than they were with freeze dried fruit, but they did eat a few.At one point I decided to make my grandmother's empanadas, which ask for peas, and was halfway through prepping them when I realized I had no more frozen peas in the kitchen. I knew most freeze dried food rehydrates well, and although this particular package markets itself as an as-is snack, not a rehydratable product, I threw a cup of Just Peas in a bowl, added two cups of warm water, and waited for about half an hour. To my surprise, they rehydrated very well! I poured off the extra water and tried one--it tasted almost exactly like a microwaved-steamed pea, and in the empanada recipe, you couldn't tell the difference at all. They're a tad pricey for being just peas, but they're a lot more versatile than a bag of frozen peas, so I'll likely buy more in the future, perhaps for our next family camping trip.

Surprisingly delicious eaten right out of the bag
I really enjoyed these dehydrated peas. I was pleasantly surprised at how good these tasted. They were gone way too soon. They were a wondering snack for at my desk and a nice pick-me-up. Not only that, but I felt utterly virtuous eating a vegetable as a snack.

Added the flavor and nutrition to my backpacking Ramen meals.

Not a vegetable mix
No way is this a vegetable combination. It is 90% peas and corn. Corn is a grain. Peas are really a legume. There are hardly any red peppers and almost no carrots. PEAS and CORN . Not a vegetable mix at all. But it is organic.

Re-hydrates nicely!
These little veggies are a great addition to soup or stew. I like to add some to ramen along with some bullion instead of the salt packet. Nuke for three minutes and enjoy
