Goat’s Rue is serving as a great supplement for someone like me who is suffering from Insufficient Mammary Glandular Tissue. I take Goat’s Rue three times a day after each meal. It has helped me in my breastfeeding journey. The product reviews were also very encouraging. The supplement has no aftertaste. It took almost 15 days to take effect. I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing results from using Mama's Select Goats Rue product. I feel good about it and am confident it will increase my breast milk production by growing new breast tissues. As it comes in capsule form, it is easy to consume. I am consuming 2 capsules 4 times a day and hoping for maximum efficacy with this dosage. Taking this product makes me think I am taking the right steps to increasing my breast milk supply. Will update when I see full results.

Overall I felt better using the product, it gave me hope to help with my milk supply after trying Moringa, fenugreek, body armor, coconut water, power pumping amongst other things. I had to bottle feed my baby and since, she has refused to breast feed; plus my supply drastically dropped. While taking Goats Rue I have noticed fuller breast, they feel heavier as if there is more milk production happening. I like most that feeling that milk is coming for my little one and they are easier to digest then some other supplements and don't leave you with weird smells. I have seen maybe an ounce increase in AM pump and more throughout later in the evening pumps, where I wasn't even getting an ounce, I am seeing an ounce or more. I have been taking 16 days now and have decided to combine Goats Rue with Moringa. The two are ok to mix and I'm using solely for milk production. I know goats rue effects take longer and hoping with more time I'll see more results. Adding Moringa because it works quicker and I'm hoping Combined with Goats Rue, I can see 2-4 ounces per breast per feed. I will continue to use the Hiats rue to help increase my milk supply and hopefully get the baby to breastfeed again and will update: This has created a milestone, albeit only an ounce, that has giving me more excitement, will, and hope to keep on going despite previous drawbacks and babies age now.

The media could not be loaded.  Goat's rue is an amazing ingredient for me as a nursing mother, my milk supply was decreasing once my baby starts weaning. I read a lot of reviews, this product might be suitable for me, as I've tried other herbs, and they ain't working. I chose Mama's select goat's rue, also because it's allergen free! Thank God, after 15 days of consumption, my milk production is now more than enough, my baby is happy, so I'm happy 😊

Haven’t been taking long but already noticed a half an ounce increase so I can’t wait to see what it does after a few months. I plan to order more.

Capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Have seen only a minor increase in milk production but will continue to take them for longer and see what happens.

Great product works well I'm able to keep up with my supply without stressing if I'm making enough I've even started making enough to freeze regularly. I take 2 every morning with my prenatals now when I started though I took 1 every 4 hours.
