GSLE Weighted Blanket (Purple, 60"x80" 20 lbs)

Wasn’t sure about using weighted blanket, but remembered the comfort of extra blankets put on in winter months as a child so wanted to give it a chance!! Love it! Super quality cotton cover. Smooth to touch and great look. No bunching of glass beads, very even weight distribution. The best way to describe the experience is that I don’t toss and turn all night. It helped my lower back somehow and I’m comfortable and sleep soundly till I wake up. I bought one for my grandson who lives in another state and told him enjoy a nice “hug” from grandma. He love it also and thought it felt “cosy”. I got us both the 20# blanket. Right now I’m having my son and daughter try it, because I think it will help them also. If they like it, that’s going to be under the tree for each of them. I recommend this blanket 110%!!!

This blanket is amazing! I couldn't believe the quality - I was expecting it to be less, honestly, because of the low price (and typically you get what you pay for) - but I couldn't have been more wrong. I got this for myself, but often my husband steals my blanket... so I ordered him one, too! The weight is so calming, and anytime I've had a bad day I just can't wait to get home and snuggle underneath it. One of the things that amazed me the most was that I didn't get super hot while using it, which was one of my main concerns. It's also super soft, and the weight is distributed very well because of the glass beads inside of the quilted squares.As a bonus, my dogs love being under it, too.I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I’m enjoying this so far, though take note that the 60” X 80” will only JUST cover the top of a full size mattress. I thought it was going to be a bit bigger. I love the purple color. It does shift during the night due to its weight, so I’m considering buying a cover to see if that helps. I’m still getting used to using it, but for the price, it’s very good quality.

I had always heard about how weighted blankets helped with anxiety. I can honestly say they were right. I don't sleep well with my anxiety and restlessness. This blanket has helped me alot. I don't get frustrated or anxious when I wake up. I just roll over and stay calm when I sleep with the Gsleeper blanket. It is comfortable. The material is soothing and nicely put together. I sleep alot more soundly and actually remember my dreams. We ended up buying my brother his own as he is dealing PTSD and anxiety issues as well. It has been a lifesaver with him. Definitely recommend.

it was way to heavy for comfort in sleeping should have weight less for a queen size blanket maybe 10 lbs not 20lbs.

I love the blanket. I hate that I got the biggest size and my boyfriend has totally stolen and hogs it. Now I need to save up for another one. He has a TBI, depression, and anxiety. It definitely helps with it. He used to be incredibly anxious when I was away for a night and now he is a lot better. It stands up against my cats playing when we make the bed. I have fibromyalgia and vertigo from post concussion syndrome that makes is hard to fall asleep. It definitely helps me feel more grounded and not all over the place so I can fall asleep. Helps with tossing and turning at night. Definitely recommend, but if you have a partner get two even with the king sized.

Ordered 60" x 80" (queen size) blanket, and product received is noticeably smaller, though packaging claims appropriate measurements. Seems to be of good quality and weight is as described. Will use as throw blanket instead of seasonal comforter as planned.

I don't look forward to getting in bed with this blanket, but I have never slept better. Look, it's nothing like getting under a soft down comforter or snuggly up in flannel or fleece, but the second I am under it, I'm asleep and I'm asleep for the night.My bonafides? Chronic insomniac since my teens. Taken ALL the meds to make me sleep. As long as I'm a little sleepy, just the suggestion of this blanket, puts me to sleep. I wish it wasn't the solution, but it is.
