Madison Braids Women's Headband Hair Braid Natural Looking Synthetic Hair Piece Extension - Butterfly - Ashy Light Brown

Product is very synthetic looking, looks like “doll” hair, very shiny not natural looking. Also, it does NOT stay on your head despite being able to adjust the head band. I’ve tried securing the braid with bobby-pins, etc., it still slides on your hair and eventually will slide off your head. The headband needs to be redesigned where the part that is against your hair needs to have some “grip” to it so it doesn’t slide off your head. My only regret is not returning it!!! I purchased two different braids too, out over $75 😞 I tried several times to order directly from Madison Braid website they were always out of stock on “dark brown” color & the style I wanted, so I ordered on Amazon. I so badly wanted to love this product!! I even took it to my hairstylist to see if she could work her magic with it, no luck, sadly it’s a zero NOT a hero. She advised I return it...I’m out of the window to return now.

THe color is a little darker than pictured, with redder highlight than the picture. It will work for what I would like it for, there is no color that exactly matches my hair tone. It is soft, and looks pretty natural, but again, the color is more of a red tone than shown.

This is actually really great. I was a bit skeptical because I'm not very good at hair and I saw someone make an "easy" updo by pulling the hair through and around the headband. I tried it and it worked! It only took 5-10 minutes and I nailed it! Super excited because I'm starting a job where I have to wear my hair up and I hate my hair in ponytails and buns. Now I can just do this pretty style. :)

I really like the braid headband. It was super shiny cause it's synthetic hair, so I got a make-up brush and tamped on some translucent powder to tone down the shine and make it look a bit more real. While the headband is adjustable, I wish I could snug it up just a bit more as it isn't quite fitted enough for me. Overall it's a great way to get a quick hairstyle or to add to another braid or twist. I would definitely purchase another.

The braid itself is the perfect size and it is beautiful. The braid is -also- definitely not the color it was pictured when I ordered it. I thought I would be getting am ash colored light brown braid but I actually got a deep brown with a red tint to it.I'll be checking in with customer service to see if this is actually their ash light brown or if they sent me the wrong color in the right box.

The color was perfect! It was also a perfect fit. Quality feels like real hair. Very pleased!

The color match was spot on, but the braid is shiny and doesn't look real at all. I really wanted to love this. I feel weird returning it though since I had tried it on.

I like that this one has a lighter elastic at the bottom where some of them use black..
