haven't tried this brand long enough yet to say yea or nay. it is supposed to increase energy & decrease fat mass. 60 tabs to be taken 2 per day is only a 30 day supply. can't say I have noticed any extra giddy-up, so far; but I imagine it will work the same as any other brands. I would think consistent exercise (and continued use of this product) would be warranted in order to note the amount, if any, of decreased fat mass.

I like the extra energy it gives me, BUT I cannot take more than (1) capsule per day.... two sends me into orbit. So, that's still good for me, as I get double the dose for the same money!

I think honestly is a little to soon to see the results in full but I'm taking in it every day hope to see good results
