Get rid of joint pain
The best thing for stiff & aching joints! WHAT YOU MUST KNOW: this not an instant relief... you MUST take at least 2 a day (preferably 3) for at least 1 week before feeling relief & then CONTINUE to take that dose... if you stop taking them your problem will return... gluten free...

Might have found the perfect alternative
I have an knee that probably needs a replacement, but I have been successful the past ten years avoiding the surgery with exercise and occasional use of pain killers. Now that I'm in my seventies I find the weather affects the arthritis even more and thus my use of Nsaids increased. My local health food store suggested this supplement and I'm finding I rarely need the pain killers because there is little or no pain. Wow ! I've been using it for about 6 months now....I will give it a five star rating if this gets me through the winter.

Made in the USA seems to be the most important!
i started using Bluebonnet Glucosamine Chondroitin and MSM last December when the previous brand shifted to China for supplies and no longer claimed "Made in the USA". I had been using their brand for four years. I have osteoarthritis which was diagnosed in 1974 and was told in 1998 that I had two years left to walk by my Doctor without further surgery. I discovered an American made brand of Glucosamine and have been taking one for twenty years. I have had to switch every time they changed to a China source. I know not what the difference is except within about ten days I am crippled and unable to walk. I wish Bluebonnet would label their bottle "Made in the USA"and/or "Sourced and Made in the USA" This has become very important to me, as I have had to change brands four times after the brand I was using changed to China!. It took a phone call to verify that Bluebonnet was sourced in the USA per the Health Food store.

I have taken this for years. It is easy to swallow, and I think it works for me very well.
