In a battle against the klaxosaurs only the children, classified as parasites, are humanity's hope in this dying world. Fighting in mechanised suits known as FRANXX, parasites are grouped up in male and female pairs to face the monstrous creatures. Hiro was once a prodigy FRANXX pilot. But when he gives up the fight, he meets Zero Two, the girl with the horns, and finds a new reason to keep going.

Finally here!
I am one of those few who actually wanted an English sound track. I mean I can read, yea. But my brain needs a break now and then. I watched the entire series in it's original non-English release a few years ago anyway. I don't think I am missing much with this version. Speaking of version, the wrapping on this case indicated that it was REGION 2, requiring a Region B/2 player or a PC with region-free software. Eh? Ok. Well, the BACK cover of the case says the format is NTSC. I tested this on my DVD drive in my PC. I use VLC media player and I can confirm that the disks play just fine here in the USA. I haven't tested the disks in a standard drive yet, but I don't care. I watch most stuff these days on my PC anyway. **updated: tested on PS2 and stand alone DVD players = it IS in fact REGION 2. So... I guess the PC is the only way to watch this one. I still don't mind that.

It's a region 2 disc it won't work on US made DVDs players you have to change the code to make it work just a heads up

bought disc 1 and 2 and neither worked. the dvd was fine but it wouldn't play on computer or tv

A waste
Very disappointed. The discs I got were not Region 1 and no where was it stated they were not.

Really promising
I was concerned that this anime may be too close to Evangelion to have its own identity, but actually after watching part 1 it's really good. The world is intriguing, the characters are great and I'm completely in to it. Zero Two is mysterious, adorable, sexy and enigmatic all at the same time.

Don't trust the images
Great anima show defo worth the watch very disappointed tho by the presentation image shows it's coming in a box sleeve and turns up with no sleeve and I like my blu-rays in the box
