This product is helping me with my Cortizone levels.

24hr cortisol saliva test showed I had nearly zero cortisol the entire day. The test results said "adrenal fatigue phase I". I've taken other adrenal products to help, but read that adrenal cortex is best. This is the highest mg I can find & I'm thrilled to see it on Amazon. I looked up the website & was happy about the animal sourcing as well. I take this along with Pure Encapsulation ADR Formula in the morning & then another adrenal cortex in the afternoon. That's when I take my thyroid meds as well (thyroid & adrenals talk to each other & when one is out it makes the other wonky). Before the cortisol test I had extreme fatigue- like wanting to fall asleep while driving kids to school or something. Like pull the car over cause rolling down Windows is not keeping me awake exhaustion! Also had a serious aversion to light & sounds. *update- was having a hard time sleeping so opted to take 2 adrenal cortex in morning & completely drop the ADR formula. Much better. Also I would recommend getting your thyroid checked since they talk with adrenals. Make sure it's the FULL thyroid panel that includes freeT3 & freeT4. I am on HC for low cortisol (associated with CFS) and usually take a Thorne ACE or three on bad days to give my adrenals a little boost. I saw this stuff has a much higher dose for a comparable cost so gave it a try. Seems fine to me. I'll definitely try a second bottle. It's no miracle cure, it doesn't turn a bad day into a good day, but it does help a bit. Zero side effects. I'm sure other reviews have mentioned this but it needs saying: 1- Choosing adrenal cortex is essential as whole adrenals contain adrenaline which will put stress on your system, and 2- Don't assume when it comes to adrenal fatigue. Get a multi-sample salivary cortisol test and treat each time throughout the day according to the test results. High cortisol feels a lot like low cortisol but of course doing the wrong treatment will make you worse. So find out what's going on before you act. If your issue is low cortisol here & there, take these at those times. High cortisol take PS, holy basil or zinc at those times. If you have extremely low cortisol all day like me, you may need to talk to your dr about HC (hydrocortisone pills). STTM has great info on this topic. Don't just randomly grab some adrenal supplement just because you feel run down- you don't want to risk making a high higher or a low lower!

Whether or not this item will work for you depends on why you are fatigued. If your adrenals are not working well, this will help! This really helps me when I feel worn out and run-down, sleep deprived, over-stimulated, etc. For me, it feels a lot like when I'm starting to get sick. But I take this adrenal support and an hour later I feel so much better. I've used some other adrenal supplements, but this one is more effective.

I have this on subscription every month. I have 6 every morning, this gives me a boost few hours later. Great product for someone like me, who has adrenal and thyroid issues. I usually suffer from low energy, lethargy, headaches without this product. I've tried several other brands, but like Klaire the best. Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional. I'd get random bouts of fatigue and nothing would help but days of rest. A friend told me about this and so I decided to give it a shot and it does help decrease the fatigue. I'll continue trying this for now. Thank you!
