Really great quality. I find it working better than the last bend I used. I take one at night and one again in the morning. Along with my other meditations it helps my anxiety a lot!

A supplement for relaxation is hard to find. I have used this one in other brands and can't say if I noticed much change in my mood. I now take this brand at night time to help settle down. I can say while the effect is subtle, it does reduce anxiousness and I have been able to sleep through the nights better. I think it is a bit pricey over other brands, but this one actually works. Reordering.
