I’ve struggled with severe depression, trouble sleeping, and eating disorders my entire life. I have been recommended to try this for a long time to help with my issues but never really looked into it because I didn’t think a natural supplement would do anything. My mom ordered this as a gift to me and I took the recommended dose and I noticed a HUGE difference in LESS THAN A WEEK!!!! My mood was SO much more regulated and I noticed I had much more energy and drive to do things that used to make me happy. These supplements pulled me out of my depression and helped me feel like me again. They also put you SLEEP so if you have an irregular sleep schedule, please try them. I found that the recommended dose put me to sleep a little too fast & worked a little too well, so I went down to only taking one a day (100mg) and it’s perfect for me. I have been taking them for a few months now (I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a temporary good feeling & that it was actually the pills helping my quality of life) and I will talk about these for the rest of my life. If you are debating, PLEASE BUY THEM

These really do work. After taking them, my mood improves and my anxiety dissipates. All my stress cravings disappear, improving my appetite. I find I don't have to take mood medication nearly as often. The time release is a plus. My only requests would be to reduce the number of capsules to 1 per day from 2, and that the capsules "float" in my mouth, but they are hardly inconveniences. Once I run low, I will certainly be reordering. Thank you for a very good product.

I appreciate that the easy-to swallow capsules are vegan rather than gelatin-based. I avoid gelatin capsules whenever possible.The effects seem significant. I have been sleeping incredibly well and noticed a significantly positive upswing in my mood. This brand seems more potent than ones I have used in the past.If your doctor approves, I definitely recommend this product over others!

Great product, and I feel that it works better than another popular brand that comes in tablet form. I gave three stars though because unfortunately I feel the description is misleading. One capsule is NOT 200mg, it's 100mg. So you need to take two to produce what the title says.Kind of tired of vitamin companies claiming x amount of mg, but in reality you need to consume two or three pills.

Heard about this from Seth Rogan. Was looking for a natural mood booster and the appetite suppressant was just an added bonus. Within a few days of taking 1 capsule with a meal in morning, I definitely noticed increased energy and decreased appetite. As far as mood boosting, I really felt a difference .. hard to pinpoint but just a balanced mood which I haven’t felt in a long time. Definitely Will continue to take!

The pills are super small and easy to swallow. They seem to begin to work within about 30 minutes and really help keep me asleep. They also seem to boost my mood the following day because I don’t wake up in a bad mood and it lasts throughout the day.

Misleading label; shows “200 mg”; but it’s actually 100 mg per pill. Not transparent and that’s why I don’t trust it.
