I have been using the bands for over 5 weeks as part of my physiotherapy exercises. I find them good. The band has retained its elasticity so far.However, the package was not great...

Theraband for resistance training at home.
Nothing to dislike really, the different colour bands enable one to progress to higher resistance bands as one gets used to the lighter one.It is useful even for elderly people who wish to avoid loss of muscle mass.

Worst product
The product is very very expensive. Similar product is available in the market at much cheaper price. I requested for cancellation of order within one hour of placing the order which was refused. I think it is time to shift to the other E-commerce sites for online purchases.
