Frustrating - only lasted 6 months
I purchased these about 6 months ago and loved them until about a week ago. That's when it stopped appearing as ActiSound in my Bluetooth settings on my iPhone 6. Instead it seems to now be CSR-bc7. At first, the headset would connect intermittently if I keep trying to pair it. Now I can't get it to pair at all. I have tried many different strategies and my phone will pair with other devices, so it has to be he headset. I can't find any tech support or any way to reset the headset. I have emailed the company, but it's been more than a day and I haven't heard back. It's very frustrating.

These are very nice headphones, and we really do like them . They work great . Only thing is the distance to stay connected is only about thirty feet. We were hoping the range would be a little longer in order to do things like mow lawn Etc and not have to have our phone actually on us.

These ear buds are great. I use them everyday with my devices. Nothing better than NO cord getting in the way. And the sound quality is right on. Don't let the price stop you from buying; they're worth it.

Disappointing Sound
Don't waste your time. Poor sound quality. Not any better than cheap $5 pair of wired headphones. No bass whatsoever. And not even as good as standard Apple ear buds. Bought 2 pair based on price. Returned both after trying. Spend a little more and buy something better.

Not worth it, returned
Sound is glitchy, batter life is way to short, buttons are not convenient and they are overall uncomfortable. My wife tried really hard to like these ear buds but they just didn't work for her. We returned them.

Great sound, good controls
Great sound, good controls. I use it on my IPod Touch. Works best if device is activated on Bluetooth prior to using, even if bluetooth is on already. Apparently on my older Touch the Activsound does not automatically activate when I turn on the earpieces.

I think you get what you pay for. The earpieces and everything is made of cheap material and you can tell it's put together cheaply in China or wherever. But you get what you pay for. but the product seems to work okay. I am just partial to cheaply constructed products from China that will probably deteriorate sooner than later.
