Rate 10 out of 10. Toss in dishwasher to clean
Fantastic product, introduced to several family members and they are all fans. Offer great protection from heat and give a good grip to hot pans. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Throw in your dishwasher to clean.

It Just Plain Works and I Love It
After reading a cook's Illustrated test & review of potholders I promptly ordered their top two picks. This potholder was #2. I MUCH prefer this one to the top finisher. Realizing that everyone will have personal preferences for how they cook and what cookware they use, this is a very subjective opinion. But here is what makes this product ENJOYABLE to use. 1) It feels good in the hand - easy to grab and put to use, no fumbling to get in position to optimize 2) It is a sure and easy grip - when you make contact with our cookware you are not second guessing yourself. I feel confident in this potholder and have from the first time I used it 3) Cleanability!!! Can't beat this one. Just rinse it off, dab, and it's dry and back in the drawer. It is now hard to want to use any of the existing potholders in the drawer.

Best. Hotpad. Ever.
I can't say enough about how much I love these hotpads. Just bought a second pair so I can have 2 in a drawer next to the cooktop and 2 more in the drawer next to the oven. Very heat resistant (best ever!) and "grippy" in a good way. Highly recommend.

Great potholder
In general it's been great. There was one time we went to use it and the dimples came off on the bottom of the dish we were using. I expected it to hold up to a bit more heat than that, but it also hasn't happened since, so maybe an error on our part. All in all, great feel, not super thick, easy to use and grab things with, and the heat doesnt soak immediately through to your hands. I'd definitely recommend it.

Easy to use
Perfect size for adult hand. Excellent insulation. Grips well and doesn't slip. More flexible than a silicone pad. Neoprene can be wiped clean with damp cloth.

Reviews are right -- these are the BEST hot pads!
San Jamar UHP77BK Ultigrip Square Commercial Hot Pads are worth every penny! They're incredibly insulated, easily bend over the rim of pans protecting fingertips from hot pan and food. Soooo much easier removing hot pans from toaster and regular ovens than stiffer silicone hot pads and mitts.

Highly recommend
This is recommended by america's test kitchen. I started by buying the smaller one, which I do like but wanted one a little bigger.Which is this one.

Great heat protection, breaks apart easily
At first I absolutely loved these and recommended them to my family. They offer great heat protection and grip but after about 12 months they started to crumble on one side leaving little microfoam pieces everywhere. I’m bummed because they were the recommended product from americas test kitchen but clearly they didn’t go through a long term heavy use test. I’m an avid home cook who uses them frequently but not enough for them to start falling apart this quickly. I have cotton hot pads that have lasted 20 years so this just can’t compare.
