Best Fitting Plus Size Ski Pants!
I have searched high and low over the last year trying to find snow/ski pants that actually fit. I'm a larger plus size/curvy woman but just recently took up skiing and had horrible luck finding ski pants that would fit well and allow for good range of motion/room for layers. Most often what I found (Columbia, Sierre Nevada, even cheap Walmart brand) would not zip or did not have enough room in the seat to allow for movement. I bought these on the off chance they were actually made for plus size and they fit GREAT!! I would actually say they are true to size with room. I sized up and they fit but are a little roomier in the waist area, more than I may need. I was able to comfortably fit a pair of thick sweatpants underneath and still feel like I have full range of motion. These are a God send and I may just order a couple more pairs in other colors and stash them away just in case they ever stop making them. They look great on and give a nice shape too. The overall quality and fit is great! I have not worn them out yet so I don't know how warm they will be, but with the extra room, I don't care. I have plenty of space still to layer up underneath. If you're not sure what to buy, start with your true size. If you can afford, order a couple sizes and return what you don't. I returned another size and was refunded within 24 hours of submitting the return. Highly recommend if you're having issues finding well-fitting plus size ski/snow pants.

Great snowpants for ladies with thicker legs
I just received these pants - I ordered directly from NW Sales Connection since they offered free shipping. I ordered these in XL short and also 1X short since I have thicker thighs and am never sure what size will work. The XL short fit great. The leg area is plenty roomy, which is great because pants tend to be tight in the legs for me. So, if you're in between an XL & 1X (more like a 0X) , the XL should work just fine for you. I tried on the 1X just to compare and they are quite a bit bigger than I needed. They're still long on me but I usually have to alter even short or petite length pants.

WOOT! Love These Great Value
These snow pants exceed all of my expectations. Initially I ordered a 3x based on the reviews and when they arrived were too big. I am 5'5" and weigh 212 lbs. I am apple shaped. The 2x is still a little large but the handy adjustable elastic at the waist helped with a better fit. There is a zip pocket at the knee perfect for keys or lip balm. The zip pockets at the waist are generous and large enough for a cell phone. We've had a long slow snowstorm in Rochester, NY and these snow pants have made hours of shoveling toasty warm. The zip vents at the knees are very helpful for adjusting body temperature. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase, paid for expedited shipping and they arrived on time. Oh, why did I originally order these? I have a husky named Keeno and we walk a few miles every day and I wanted to be able to wear my pajamas and walk. Yep, truth. Also I'll wear these to snowshoe and since they are designed to fit over boots will be great for that, too. Excellent value for the price and in two days feel like I've put them to the test. Don't hesitate to buy these.

5’2
I’m 5’2 and wear size 18/20 in jeans. These fit well size wise but are still too long for my preference. But, they do work! Ive worn them skiing twice with no issues. Very warm material.

These really are the perfect fit!
I was searching for a pair of plus size snow pants, and came across the excellent reviews here. They were way over my budget, but they really are the perfect fit! I am 5'4" and a size 18/2X and I ordered the 2X Short. They fit so well. I'm excited to go play in the snow with my son.

A great pair of snowpants for bigger ladies and in fun colors too!
I'm actually excited for winter this year! I have finally found a pair of snowpants that fit comfortably!I ordered the 4xl after reading the comments thinking I would need more room in my tummy area. Usually with snowpants there is not much stretch from standing to being able to sit down. I get reflux so this was especially a big deal to me. After trying them on I found I had too much room on my belly as well as the back of the legs. I did the Velcro as far as it would go to tighten it and it may have worked but they just felt too baggy all over.I ordered the 3xl and found they fit great and if I need a little extra room in my tummy area I could easily adjust the Velcro straps although it was comfortable with them as they were.In the pictures it doesn't look like a big difference between the two sizes but I wanted to share the pictures so others couple at least see it on a body. Also, these are the short size and I am 5'4".

If you’re between sizes, size up
I found this to be somewhat true to size. I’m an 18 in jeans and got both a 2x and 3x since I read some people said to size up. The 3x was too big everywhere - in the waist with the Velcro adjusted, and too big in the butt and hips. The 2x was only slightly snug at the waist, but fit much better in butt and hips. Although the sizing on this says a 1x is for 16/18 I don’t think I would have been able to fit the 1x even though I’m an 18 in pants. Happy sticking with the 2x.I do wish the bottom on the legs were a bit smaller. These kind of look like bell bottoms! But... wide enough for big boots, esp snowboard boots, so that’s good.

Plus size
These are your typical snow pants but they actually fit for somebody who is plus size. I’m usually a 20/22 in torrid clothing and I had to buy these in a 24, I had tried the less expensive option first but had to return due to sizing. Worth the extra money .
