I reckon this is the best naturally occurring supplement for managing Iron Deficiency that is common in females. I have beeb using it regularly with warm water. The taste isn’t very pleasant the first few times but one can get used to it. Great product!

I needed this quickly and I got it quickly. Just as described and as required. No molasses is exactly easy to use but was glad to find lid firmly fastened on arrival. Taste etc. as expected though have had others more pleasant. Good size jar so probably will buy again, though if you do a good search of supermarkets can probably buy it cheaper. On the whole satisfied with purchase

My favourite tasting molasses. My arrived well wrapped and sealed but somehow about a 1/4 of the contents have leaked out creating a very sticky mess. The seller kindly despatched an immediate, no quibble, replacement, which arrived in two days. Not often you get service like that these days!!

Saw an Insta reel promoting this product for people with low iron levels. Well, my iron has been rock bottom for most of my life and after having 3 babies in the last 5 years, they dropped even further. I don’t take iron tablets because they give me bullet poo (constipation). So I tried this (with cinnamon and a squeeze of lemon) and it works. Now I don’t have to take day naps just to keep up with life.

This is a product that I've used regularly for a number of years and I've always been satisfied with it but not this time. it's always the same you find something that's just right for you and then they go and change the formula. There's a saying if it's ain't broke don't fix it. In other words if you make a change which you believe is for the better it isn't always. It was fine the way was it worked for me. But they had to change it and it's not the same. so for that reason I've switched to another brand. I noticed recently that the product had changed it was a lot thinner inconsistency than it normally is and it was not helping with my health conditions in quite the same way that it usually does. It always helped me when I had an upset stomach but not this time and I think it's because of the change in the way they make the product.
