It seems to be well made. I was hoping the zipper would be easy to open since it was making such a tight circle but it works perfectly. The tube itself seems substantial enough to provide great protection. I’m actually using it to carry two 50” carbon fiber microphone booms and it works great. For fly fishing rods, I think it would beyond adequate. I would not hesitate to buy more if the need arises.

I went to Colorado to look at some property last month, so I thought I might as well do some fishing while I was there, so I booked a trout fishing trip. I didn’t want to use their rods so i ordered this case so I could carry my own. Solid, well built and protected my favorite rod there and back. Nice product, would buy again.
