This is pure WWII exploitation. Levenda's language and style is biased and sensationalistic. He makes a lot of claims and casual remarks without saying where he got the information. Rather than helping the reader acheive a clearer understanding of history, Levenda adds to the confusion by the use of trashy emotive language, reiterating all the cliches and wartime propaganda. His style is neither casual nor formal; its very amateurish. It's a very irritating style and I can't say there was a single piece of evidence. It's pure trashy exploitation which I should have judged from the title before I wasted my time reading the whole book which is about 2 inches thick.
