Common names for these species include orchid cacti and leaf cacti, though the latter also refers to the genus Pereskia. The stems are broad and flat, 1-5 cm broad, 3-5 mm thick, usually with lobed edges. The flowers are large, 8-16 cm diameter, white to red, with numerous petals. Arrived very well packaged
This plant arrived perfectly. It isn’t ready for a bloom yet but I hope by next Christmas it will bloom. They are so very beautiful. Can’t go wrong.

Worst plant i ever purchased on Amazon.
It was a gift for my mother-in-law. She said it looked and smelled rotten when she got the leaf cuttings. She planted it and it just rotted away.

I was concerned but it has grown!
I was a little concerned when I got the package since it was just a leaf. I potted it and set about caring for it as you're supposed to and this month the leaf popped new growth! Phew! Give it time and trust the process.
