No Hole Needed for Wyze Cam Vinyl Siding Hooks Clips, Outdoor Smart Home Security Camera Bracket Hangers Accessories for Mounting WyzeCam Pan, Wyze Cam V2 (10 Pack)

I love these hooks to hang my security cameras outside. I was hesitant to drill into my siding, especially since I wasn’t 100% sure where I wanted my cameras to be mounted. This allows flexibility without damaging the siding.They work better on my vinyl siding much better than my dad’s house, for some reason, they slip out from under a little easier. I think some double stick tape will help remedy this, and you can still avoid holes in the siding.

Seemed that should b a bit larger but not sure. They did work though.

These hooks worked perfect after I purchased longer screws from the local hardware store.I needed the screws to go through far enough for them to press the metal backing against the siding for stability. The screws that came with did not even make it through the art to secure it in the hook.

They work really well and are easy to install but for my application which was an outdoor security camera that has a significant size battery in it the camera weighed too much. I thought I might be ok but I did not want to take the risk on the camera falling

These brackets installed easily. The principle is similar to those devices that allow a purse to hang securely off of a table. The weight of the camera causes the right amount of pressure applied keeping the camera in place. While these are designed for the feather weight Wyze Cam. I installed a 1.1 pound Amcrest outdoor Wi-Fi camera. So far they seem to be up to the task. If that changes I'll update the review. Highly recommended for the Wyze Cam at the moment. I'll be changing one of my Wyze Cam mounts (outdoors) to these brackets. Would definitely buy again.

I bought these after reading reviewing several other brackets and reading how these would be a breeze for Wyze Cam outdoor. Totally false. The screw head is too big for the Wyze cam outdoor bracket so I had to grind it down with a dremel to make it fit. Not overly difficult but if you don’t have the tools and are expecting a plug and play, like I was, you will be disappointed. Also, I have very generic/common vinyl siding and the bracket needed plier modifications to grasp onto the vinyl. I made it all work but it wasn’t without trial and tribulation. I don’t know which, if any, vinyl siding brackets will work with Wyze cam outdoor as-is but if that’s what you’re looking for, these aren’t the answer for you.

These worked exactly as expected and seem to be holding quite well. I did notice some "wobble" in the video feed of the camera these are attached in some of the heavy winds in the last few days, however I think it's an issue with my siding, and the fact that it's mounted if a very exposed location, more so than these clips. The other cameras i have mounted with these have not experienced this.

seems to be the same as the more expensive ones and works fine, I was a little worried after reading the reviews but took pliers and bend the bend more to catch the lip on my siding and was impressed
