Would recommend it
Fast delivery.My audiologist suggests me buy 4000$ hearing aid,but it is too expensive,so I want to buy a replacement,it turns out that my choice is right,maybe other will think this one is more expensive than other similar hearing aids on amazon,but it is cost-effective,well packaged and in it's own nice case. It felt extremely solid and well made.The instruction is really detail,I don’t need to ask the seller how to use it,I would like to recommend it to my friends.

Very slow on processing refund
Product didn't work at all, I returned it and asked for a refund. That was 11 days ago, and still nothing, other venders issue refunds within a few days.

Great help and value
Was working ok until it came a part. Been a week since I wrote to sengdong whatever they are still no response on how to return. Left email. Called amazon can’t get a hold of anybody. Will change review once issue is solved. This is terrible. My father depends on these hearing aids.....After someone reached out to me and helped me with the process. They were all so kind and helped me with a new set of hearing aids for my father. Can’t beat the price for the quality. 5stars

Sad to return.
The box was opened when I received. I don’t know if was a refurbished item or was an used item but in excellent condition.Now, the problem I have is a constant ringing, even far away of any other electronic items. It was such a good idea and good value for the money, only if would work. Sad to have to return it.

Grandma said hear clearly
Looking for hearing aids many times,and always hesitate,because afraid grandma cannot accept and don’t know how to figure it out.But this hearing aids work well,grandma likes it,she can watch TV,listen music,and more happy,excellent product.

No way to reduce volume. Constant feedback (squealing)
The charging station was exceptionally good. The devices fit nicely in the ear.Electronics didn't work well, with lack of a way to reduce volume it caused painful, constant feedback (squealing in both ears). Lots of background noise may have been related to loudness. These deficiencies make the product painful to use and basically unusable.
