Was a bit skeptical but WOW, this has worked better than anything else I’ve tried so far for our waterfall… easy dosing and within 3 days noticed a huge improvement.

I had a swimming pool that 11 ducks moved into and created a mess with waste and since I stopped using chlorine, a ton of algae. Although it's hard to say what was waste and what was algae at some point, the product clearly works. The water color went from solid to clear in a matter of a few weeks. You have to use double the dose (I suggest triple) . Ducks drank directly from the treated water and no health concerns which was my biggest worry. Better if you start using it right away before the algae gets out of control.

Excellent product works exactly as described- used for my algae- ridden fountain in Arizona. Quickly cleaned up the water, made pump more efficient (since algae wasn’t clogging it up), AND rabbits and birds are still drinking out of it!

We have a 3000 gallon koi pond that our UV light went out on the end of last year. We had high hopes this would work and would keep us from needing to order another UV light and run electricity. At first I used the recommended amount. After a couple days it didn't seem to be changing at all so I used the recommended amount again. A few more days went by and nothing changed so I doubled the recommended amount. After a week of nothing changing I decided just to pour the rest in, surely that would knock out the green and get us back to clearer water. Another week went by and absolutely no change. This stuff did not work in our 3,000 gallon pond and the 1 gallon bottle we purchased is actually rated for 64,000 gallons. We purchased the gallon jug because I was expecting to be able to use it for the rest of the year. Using the entire gallon jug on a 3000 gallon pond I expected our pond to be fairly clear within a week but we seen no change in the green water. I ended up going ahead and purchasing a new UV light like we've used in the past and it cleared up our pond within 2 weeks like the other UV lights have done in the past. With the UV light we were able to see a noticeable difference within a few days.

Just recently used this. It has killed all the beautiful moss in the several waterfalls in my water feature. It must be stronger than the Microbe-Lift barley grass I usually use. That’s why I only gave 3 stars. Think I will stay with algaway and regular barley grass…..must say the micro-lift barley grass is weaker.
