Expandable Hose 150 Feet - Heavy Duty - Best Expanding Flexible Hose - Up To 5 X It's Original Size

I purchased in March and it is now June and the hose ruptured where it attaches to the plastic part that you screw the sprayer to. I turned on the water and saw a bubble starting to form. It looked like a water balloon being blown up. I knew that in a matter of seconds I was going to take a bath and sure enough the thing popped and water sprayed everywhere. Piece of junk! Seller advertises 100% money back if not satisified but no way to contact seller any longer to get a refund AND surprise this think is out of stock!

After about 30 days, the hose burst open and is now useless. VERY disappointing.Prior to that, it worked well enough. For whatever reason, the output is less than a regular 150' hose (I had one), but adequate for most folks' usage. Given that currently it's no longer sold via Amazon, I'm not optimistic about getting a refund.BTW, our water pressure is (according to the city) slightly BELOW average, so I can only conclude that the hose burst because of structural problems.

I also read the many possible reviews and since I had a corner house 150ft would definitely reach to my fence whereas my 100ft would not. So I bought it. I love that it expands and contract quickly and easy to store and durable. My husband also liked the length because it reaches all of his flower beds and shrubberies along the fence line. There were a couple of things he did not like such as the nozzle that came with it even though the permanent quick connect was a plus. He said the spray pattern was too weak, he preferred the nozzle he now uses as well as the long wand and wants to use the sprinkler wand for his lawn, but the couplers that came with the hose will not work with any of his items.I was a bit too quick to give this review apparently because the end where the plastic quick connect is connected to the nozzle just burst and separated tonight. I was so frustrated and after all the problems trying to get our nozzle and sprinkler head to connect to the hose that was the last straw. I did not even bothered to try to return it, it went directly into the trash can. What a waste of money. Now I have to get another replacement hose for my replacement hose. This time I am getting one that has a regular fitting (no quick connects that is permanent on the hose) and brass fittings instead of plastic. Ugh!Like the previous reviewer that also encountered this problem, we found that it was impossible to connect the female ends of the hose to the female end of our nozzle, wand or sprinkler so we had no choice but to use the nozzle that has a permanent quick connect end. If we wanted to use the other nozzle, wand or sprinkler head, we would had to use our other hose and that seems like a waste of time using two hoses. BTW, when we turned the water on after connecting the hose to our outdoor faucet water was spraying out between the connection. I found out that there was not a washer in the hose connection. Somehow the washer must have fell out or missing in the packaging. A regular size washer did not fit the smaller size quick connect end on the hose but I was able to remove the washer from the wider end of the hose and somehow that washer was smaller than the wider end of the quick connect and fit into the small end of the hose. Maybe the smaller washer was inadvertently put into the wrong end? So we were able to connect the smaller end of the hose to the outdoor faucet without any leaks. Of course that means I needed a washer for the wider end and fortunately a regular size washer fits the wider end.I was determined to make the 150 foot hose work or at least give it one more stab at it before returning it. So it dawned on me that I need a male to male coupler/adapter. After a couple of tries, I found out I needed a 3/4" double male coupler/adapter. It was now at the end of the gardening season so finding a 3/4" double male coupler/adapter was not possible at my local hardware stores but luckily I was able to find it on amazon.com and with my prime membership I was able to get it the next business day. Needless to say that once I got the double male coupler/adapter everything fits and working. Now I only need one hose and can use all my accessories.It was a lot of frustration trying to connect the hose to use my preferred accessories and I do not why there was not instructions that came with the hose or at least provide some guidance about trying to connect to other garden accessories that are also female connection. Also don't know what happened to the other wider washer but in the end, I was glad that I was able to make it work and did not have to return it because 150ft durable expandable hose is very hard to find.Update: Well it did not last a week when the plastic connector on the nozzle broke away from the hose. So not only do I have a broken hose, my husband got water all over him. I was so frustrated with this hose after I thought I had solved all my problems as mentioned above to have this hose break. I did not even bothered to try to return it, just dumped the whole thing in the trash. I guess I should have at least gotten a refund but I just do not want to deal with it anymore.

I got this hose to replace a shorter, broken one. This can only use the nozzle that comes with it, that's why it's included! The nozzle leaks, the faucet end leaks, but it gets the water from my laundry room to my nearby barn and water tub. If you'd like to stay dry while using your hose, don't buy this piece of crap! I had to use it at soon as I got it and got it dirty, so there was no returning it!

I ordered two hoses. Both failed within the first month. One was replaced, and it too developed a leak within a few weeks. Defective items. It seems there is an inner, plastic tube, that is very brittle and quickly snaps, then water leaks through the mesh exterior.

I was so excited to be able to get this type of hose with this much length.... it's so easy to carry because it is so light. BUT, it should NOT be busting wide open after a little more than a month's usage! Furthermore, I was extremely careful with it because I knew how fragile these hoses are but it STILL busted open and now I find it is not even returnable... This item should last more than a month or so don't you think??? At least send me another one for God's sake!!! That's what happens when you shop online??? It is hard to return bad stuff! I am not happy at all!

This is a great hose . . . especially for my house which doesn't have but one other spigot for attaching a hose to!!!
