I have been using this for over a year. My hair, nails and bone density have improved. Easy to take, almost tastes like water.

So far I enjoy this product. I have not taken it long enough to feel full effect however my initial impression is great. The taste is mild and easy to take. I look forward to updating in a couple months on any progress!

This product does not work for me the way powdered collagen does and it it certainly costs more per ounce. Also the pour cap sometimes comes off with cap and others not. I don’t t know if Amazon or the company packaged it but it came in terrible and dusty condition. Most importantly I get instant relief when taking collagen for a long standing knee issue and taking Living Silica has not given me the same relief or any where close to it. In fact I’m still in pain. I also have not noticed any improvement in my nails or hair as I usually do when on collagen. For me this is a pass and you should spend your collagen money on a better product. Ordered my regular collagen and going to store to buy some to have until my order arrives.Updated: A friend bought me this and I tried it again and got much better results. I’m not sure what the reason or exactly what is differnt. But as I stated earlier I take collagen to help with my knees and boy does it help - I did not get good results on my first round, but this 2nd try it helped me and I will be putting this in my roation. Give it a try.
