Angelina's Christmas (Angelina Ballerina)

Came in plenty of time my niece loved this classic just as I do/ did when I was little

We have had this for years and bought as a gift for a niece. The drawings in the Angelina books (particularly the original books, not the ones from the TV series) and so wonderfully detailed and seem from another time. The whole series was a favorite of our two daughters around preschool/kindergarten age, and this is a sweet story of helping an elderly villager at Christmas time. Angelina Ballerina's Christmas Crafts book [...] is a good one to get with this for your little Angelina fan. Or Angelina Ice Skates [...], another wintery Angelina book.

Love this book!! Had one years ago. Now granddaughter has one.

Perhaps our favorite of all the Angelina books. Wonderful story (and heartwarming message, without being saccharine). Angelina and Henry are both complex characters and Holabird does a fantastic job of showing their personalities and choices while still moving the text along. And of course, Helen Craig's illustrations are just exquisite. How sad that these books are out of bird!

Angelina is a great set of books anyway, but this one has always had a special place with me. It's a more meaningful story than the others, includes holiday spirit, kindness to others, and is filled with the adorable illustrations Angelina is known for. I love to point out all the small fun details on the pages with my daughter. If you like Angelina, you need this one.

A beautiful story about giving, caring and sharing in community. The illustrations are lovely, as always, the story is sweet and rich, and the lesson is well-told. Many publishers release Christmas stories featuring their popular story characters, but few release complete, thoughtful stories like this. I highly recommend Angelina's Christmas to boys and girls alike.

I wish I could find more Angelina play items like I did back 15 years ago. This is a gift for my granddaughter who plays with my own children's Angelina play items. I would like to be able to find those play items for her own collection. LOVE Angelina and love this book!

Bought for a little girl who loves Dancing for a Stocking filler. It is a great book to read at Christmas especially when going to to bed.

The book tells you that the postman delivers Santa's presents and it's not Santa that delivers them!

A delightfully moral tale for Christmas of the traditional kind. The four-year-old who received it was suitably impressed and transported to magic land!
