Ten Ren Ginger Tea, Caffeine Free, Tea Bag Collection, 20 Bags

Based on the other consumer reviews, I decided to try this product. I hear ginger root is soothing for the digestive tract and I have IBD. However, when I received the box of tea, the ingredient listing did not match the product listing. The ingredients listed on the box I received are ginger root, chicory root AND stevia. I also see now when I wish to return the product, that is not an option. I cannot comment on the quality/taste of the product, but wanted to share about the ingredients and the inability to return the product once purchased.

I keep re-ordering this tea, as my husband frequently has an upset stomach (no, it's not gas, not heartburn, not nausea; we don't know what it is, except that his stomach often feels uncomfortable, sometimes mildly so, sometimes very much so). This tea has a wonderfully soothing effect on his stomach. He used to drink peppermint tea for the problem, but this tea works much better. In addition, he says it has a delicious taste and fragrance. So I'll keep getting it (brewing it double strength, by the way) and just hope that Ten Ren continues to be available. I've never tried any other brand of ginger tea (a friend gave us this to try), but as long as this is so wonderful in every way, why take a chance on something else?

This tea is described as "naturally sweet" - this implies the chrysanthemum flowers themselves are "naturally sweet." They are not - This TenRen Chrysanthemum tea product contains Stevia. Stevia could be considered "natural" since stevia is a sweetener and sugar substitute extracted from the leaves of the plant species Stevia Rebaudiana. - However, stevia is an additional ingredient and IS NOT LISTED. My order arrived in a torn, smashed and ripped envelope with the box completely crushed and broken and tea bags falling out.

I've had better Chrysanthemum tea but this is pretty decent for the price. The fragrance isn't as strong as I hoped.

The item was delivered on time and was as described.

This product tastes stale, old. There is also a label with added/updated ingredients that I've never seen on this tea box before. Definitely not buying again. Seller also sent the box of tea in a padded envelope, so the box was crushed upon arrival.

Look carefully at the image: this is not pure chrysanthemum.What I received was a blend with the ingredients of: "black tea, chrysanthemum, sweet chrysanthemum"though the image I think shows stevia as an ingredientstill pretty good

Best ginger tea. It's very aromatic/strong with ginger and it's almost spicy. Might be a bit too much for people not used to the real deal.
