I have to say that this machine is better built than it looks on the website. Very thick steel and really well built for the money. I really only bought it only for the vertical knee raise(the best exercise for the abs) but the dip station and the pushup bars work very well. The pull/chinup bar looks a little weak but it seems to work okay. I am 5'11" and 185lbs and the machine seems to work great for my frame and size. The box came a little banged up but everything was in great shape and nothing was missing. It took me about 20 minutes to loosely put everything together and about 5 minutes to tighten all the bolts after that. Instructions were very easy to follow. Box is very heavy so I left it in the garage and brought the pieces in separately to assemble. Makes a great addition to my Bowflex and elliptical.

The shipping process was extremely fast. The unit came to my house within four-five days (total). It was very easy to build as well. For the price, it is a well built pull up unit. One of the only units I could find where I can do all the workouts from the same side (front). Most of the other pull up units are two sided (knee raised on one side, pull ups on the other). Two sided units don't work if it needs to installed against a wall. Unfortunately, I weight about 200lbs right now so the pull up bar does flex a little when doing pull ups. I'm not too worried about it because I got this unit at such a great price.

Arrived largely intact despite box being pierced, somewhat shabby packaging, bolts had residual oil and smell. Pull up bar weld is not confidence inspiring but has yet to fail. Ultimately gets the job done but would have preferred to spend more money for better build quality. On the upside it has a small footprint, and the pull up bar faces forwards, so you don't need access to the rear of the unit and it can therefor be placed into a corner. Note: The unit is actually an olive drab green, which is fine by me but some images do not reflect that color.

I would like to correct most of those negative reviews because this is really a great product. First of all the price, it is not a $500 dollar Pull-up/ Dip station. The size is not too big and easy to slide around. The tubes let say is not the toughest but it is built lightweight and strong enough for me. The bar is wide enough, easily assembled. Do not expect to handle a 300lbs weight, the single upper post is a space saver for me. Just make sure you're not that heavy because this will not handle it. If you need a better and bigger station get a heavy duty equipment.

So I thought I give this product a shot since I was intrigued to do upper body work, I am extremely disappointment, when the package had arrive the box was utterly hammered and damage lucky the items weren't but that's not my biggest concern, my biggest concern is that when trying to put this together, the items given don't go well together at all, the nuts needed don't fit and only screw in the first inch of screw, literally you need a wrench or something to hold it and screw it tighter, the whole exercise platform wobble even when the screws are tightly fitted.The handles are hard plastic and hurt your hands especially doing pull-ups, the cushion are made cheaply and break easily.Overall its very disappointing and I'm much better off using a paying gym membership club. If you are planning to purchase this, I suggest you read other peoples review but for me it was a waste of money.

The product arrived earlier than I expected, which was a plus. During the installation process, I noticed the manufacturing defect on the bottom parallel support beam (the one that connects the vertical legs). As a result, the stand is a little crooked. It's not balanced and wobbles a bit so I had to jam a piece of cardboard under it to keep the it stable. The pull-up bar is a hollow tube and feels flimsy while I'm exercising. I'm not a big guy and weigh only 160 pounds. At times, I get the uneasy feeling that the pull-up bar will bend and snap off. The rubber grips keep slipping off while doing pull-ups so I removed them and wrapped the bar with tape. Don't try performing pull-ups too fast or else this stand will tip over. This equipment stands 85 inches tall and is 24.5 inches wide. The dip handles feel sturdy, but again, try not to do it too fast or else it will tip. For the price, you can find other better equipments. I decided to get this one because the dimensions fit my home gym. I didn't pay full retail price for it since I had a gift card, still, I was expecting better quality.

This is a pretty solid piece of equipment for the money. I was missing a single bolt however I managed to put it together without it to my satisfaction and its quite stable. This is money well spent, the day will come when we will wish we had access to so many cheap imports from china like we now enjoy. Super saver shipping is pretty awsome and makes me feel like im getting an incredible value. This thing is sturdy enough that im considering getting some inversion boots to hang from it.

This item contains everything you need for full body fitness. It arrived quickly and was extremely east to put together. I use it everyday! It gives you a great overall body fitness.
