This book was a low-quality effort to rewrite and plagiarize Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics and Mastering Astral Projection. I got it for free, started to read it, realized that it was rewritten and poorly edited and completely and totally copied by someone whose first language is not English.I have no idea why this is scored so high, probably because anything pertinent is lifted directly from other Astral projection manuscripts. There is free stuff available online of equivalent value.

The books back cover had multiple spelling errors which diminished my confidence of the contents. Inside chapters were so short and held so little information that a thorough internet search could have yielded more facts and practical methods for achieving astral projection. I’d pass if given the opportunity to buy again.

There is quite a bit of broken English in here, It wasn't very easy to read. Also, there was nothing new or groundbreaking here at all, just going over the same few methods and info that have been around for a long time. Most of the info here can be found on blogs and webpages regarding the subject. Very surprised to see this as the highest rated book on the subject, I think it needs quite a bit more content and a decent editor.

I really enjoyed this book, having read Robert Monroe's book years ago. I think the techniques suggested will be very helpful in achieving the astral plane and is a practical guide to anyone endeavoring to do so. I also appreciated the author's addressing possible concerns about returning to one's body and any harm that could be done while in this state.

I always thought that astral projections have something to do with astrology and the alignment of the stars and the way it affects our future. I was so wrong. It is in reading this book that my misconceptions got corrected but as I started to read further I become curios to read the whole book in one setting. The book discusses about astral planes and how the body can exist in both. It takes an effort to learn using calmness and patience. I was also astonished to learn that man is capable of controlling his soul as it leaves the body. I find it hard to believe it too and reading the book is not proof enough that such feat is possible.If you are interested to learn more about out of body experience, then you can use this book to provide you with insight of this phenomenon. The book is not only about out of body experiences. It is also teaches meditation and relaxation which is a way to leave the current astral plane. The book provides techniques on how, where and when to do it. There are different techniques discussed and those who are interested can choose the one that works for them. Caveat, it might not really work or you can try and try until it happens. Also, there are risks involved. Just be safe.

Very useful information, most of it can be found for free online too. My only complaint is that it's rather poorly written, as if someone who spoke English as a second language wrote it. Good overall though.

I think this book is eloquently explained. It consists of good instructions and many to choose from. I would definitely recommend it. I verified a lot of my experiences with this book.

I would highly recommend to anyone learning the art of astral travel or to anyone that's just curious... As an accomplished traveller I still purchased this book just to ensure I'm doing everything correctly and for safety techniques as well. It's an incredibly informative book its lays down all you need to know and quashes the risks of it being dangerous. Its not dangerous at all if you practice the techniques properly. It gives you the most unbelievable experience of your life. If you want to fly, meet your loved ones or just want to glimpse into that other world then you won't find much better than this book. Being a bit of a hippy in my youth many decades ago the offbeat/supernatural/mystical has always been of some interest to me. Astral Projection included although overlooked so an opportunity to read a guide/introduction to the theory welcome.Found it an entertaining read which gives a gentle yet reasonably in-depth explanation of Astral Projection and how it may be practiced. So if you wish to you might travel those astral planes with an “out of body” experience.I can’t tell you if Astral Projection will work for you – that’s for you alone to take a decision on if you want to give it a go. If you do, or if you are simply curious, then you have a nice overview here which explains the practice and techniques to get you started on your weird journeys on different planes.Top marks for the informative and to the point style giving that overview of and introduction to the mystical word of Astral Projection.
