Good price
Does the job, 2 speed, efficient reasonably quiet on full speed.

Fan
Instructions could be a bit clearer especially for older wiring but went on google and got the wiring colours from old to new and it worked good in the shower room.

Sturdy construction simple to install
Used above a shower to remove steam. Fitted in a loft to replace previous extractor. If you have a large bathroom go for a fan with larger air flow capacity than this one. This has two speed wiring facility, recommend you wire it to maximum capacity. Low noise, great price well made product.

Great shower vent
Easy to fix. Works very well. Nothing to criticise.

Good value
Didn't realise it didn't have a run over facility when switched off which would have been useful

Perfect
The media could not be loaded. This is mainly a reaction to 1 reviewer here named Stan, who claims that this 4" unit pulls only 1.7m/s.It is a total BS, Stan has either faulty unit or doesn't know how to use anemometer. This 4" fan runs perfectly, I tested it on 3 speeds (by regulating voltage) and numbers are more than impressive:~40% speed is totally silent, consumes 0.01A and the pull is impressive 3.6m/s (for comparison, a standard Manrose wall-mounted fan has pull at 100% speed about 2m/s.~66% = 0.135A and 6.3m/s100% = 0.25A and 9.1m/s, which is amazing.I am adding also some evidence...I am not associated with the seller in any way. I just almost didn't buy this fan because of Stan's review, don't do this mistake.

Mount on Sound Insulation
Good fan and easy to install. If you are fixing to a rafter I suggest sound insulation between fan and the timber

Powerful enough
Using this as an extract to my laser enclosure. I initially tried a smaller 100mm inline fan, but it wasn't giving enough output to remove all the smoke effectively. This upgrade has made it so much better. The output side is fitted direct to a 3d printed wall adapter through the workshop wall and to a short section of flexi duct to the enclosure. It is quite heavy so it is screwed to the laser bench. As the fan is demountable from the bracket it made life easy aligning to the wall adpater which is fixed.I do get a 'thrum' when it is on so ideally it needs a bit of isolation to the fixing point and duct adapter to resolve, but otherwise everything is good.Recommended.
