This product did not work by itself but when I bought and added Bioprene (it is a type of pepper in it to make the product more bio available).I would have given this product a 5 if they would have included this in the product. But also remember if you are taking this as an solution for inflammation you need to give it a little time for the product to get into your system..then you will find the relief you seek.

Lowers pain from inflammation
I suffer from inflammation and have found that turmeric works great reducing inflammation and subsequently reducing my pain. I love this blend of turmeric since it does not contain a pepper derivative because my stomach cannot handle pepper. Works great for me; highly recommend.
