Great case. I purchased about 4 cases before getting this one for my Iphone 5s. It may not give you the protection of an OtterBox, but it does give you decent protection, very lightweight, does not add any bulk to the phone, and looks good. My biggest complaint with the other cases is that they did not have grippy sides. Most of the other cases had smooth sides. I felt the phone was going to slip out of my hand. This case has a nice textured sides that grip. I had the same case on my iPhone 4s and it lasted two years without breaking. I also dropped my 4S several times with no damage. This case is the best bang for the buck.

I have had $30 Vans silicone cases for my past two cases, which I loved. They were easy to put on, flexible, didn't slide, and provided a kind of rubbery protection. However, they stretched and my phone kept popping out, which was really concerning while pulling it in and out of pockets and purses. A lot of close calls, so I went on the search for a new case.I found this one and the price was surprisingly reasonable, and the reviews really favorable, so with nothing to lose I ordered it. While it IS a little tough to get on the first time (really snug) it stays put and doesn't scratch the sides. I like the small lip on the front to keep the screen off of a surface.By far, my 5 stars are all owed to a horrible drop. My phone flew off of a pile I was carrying at the top of basement steps. The phone hit the corner of the top transition strip, which is metal and bounced down 3 or 4 solid wood steps. The sound was deafening and I was absolutely certain that my screen was shattered or that my phone wouldn't even work. I picked it up, terrified, and it was 100% fine, not even a tiny scratch or dent or anything. I know if I'd still had it in my old case it would have popped out, but this one held tight, kept it safe, and really protected all the surfaces. I'm SO so so happy I bought it when I did and that I have it on my phone to protect it from that fall and all future mishaps.

Fits well on Iphone SE, a combination of shiny and flat, flexible plastic. Very good side grips. I would be concerned if you drop your phone in this case. It might be good if you change your cases based upon activity. This one would be for on your desk or over carpet. Not bulky at all. If your worried about your iphone slipping out of your hand this is much better than most cases and may protect for very short falls. Does not slide down slight inclines. I am using it until I find a more padded case. I did not like the grip of the Otterbox Commuter, which I have. It is way too slippery on the sides. I realize I'm rambling. So I will end.

Just got this today and put on my iPhone with a Spigen screen protector and it is a beautiful package. The face lip sits just over the edge of the screen protector so I don't see it causing it to bubble. The feel is perfect--not soft but not hard or slick and it has grips on the sides that are nice to hold to. Fit is snug and secure. I personally would like the button covers to protrude just a bit more but they sit nicely over the volume and power buttons and are very responsive to touch. I can't speak to how well it lasts but I don't see how wear is going to hurt it. I've bought more expensive covers that we're not nearly this nice!

Because it is a silicon type of plastic and isn't very sturdy it creates some loose edges. Still is very functional and looks good.May have been a product error. At the bottom of the phone, near the speaker, the case doesn't wrap tightly to the phone.

When I initially got my iPhone 5S, I picked up what I thought would be a nice slip-on case for it from InCase, but that case turned out to be far too thick and bulky for my liking. Not knowing quite what would work I ordered 5 reasonably priced cases from Amazon, all variations of slim case designs, some "barely there" and some a bit more protective. This was the best of the bunch and is really a great case. I didn't think I would like the case covering the external buttons, but the case design is such that the buttons still work very well and are easy to activate, while having the benefit of the additional dust protection and structural stability. The sides of the case are textured to provide even better grip, but the corners and edges are still nicely rounded and don't tear up the insides of the pockets where I put my phone. While this is a thin case, it does have a lip of protection around every edge and you get the feeling that it will help the phone survive a reasonable drop. Best phone case I have ever seen!

New product have never used before. To early to talk about how it will last over time. Happy with how it looks and fits iPhone. Happy with price it cost to purchase the case. Hope it will pass the test of time.

I recently bought an iPhone 5s and needed a case immediately so I went with the Otterbox Commuter. I like the Otterbox as it offers a lot of protection but it is bulky and the back is slick which causes my phone to slip around on smooth surfaces. The price was good on the GreatShield so I thought I'd give it a try with very little to lose.The case arrived today and I really like it. Adds very little bulk to my phone, doesn't slide around on smooth surfaces and has textured sides to make it easy to grip. All buttons are easy to access and those that are covered by the case are still easy to use.I highly recommend this case.
