Dawn Of A New Century

I'm exceedingly picky when it comes to my music; I don't want to waste my time listening to just anything. With that said, I can definitely recommend anything by Secret Garden. I ADORE Secret Garden.Secret Garden has flat-out shocked me (in a very, very good way). When I discovered them, I felt as if I had finally found the style of music I had been looking for. I say this solemnly: Secret Garden is a rare jewel of which the kind does not seem to exist anymore.The sound is a rich violin-and-piano mix (with other instruments, too). It's beautiful and unbelievable; you have to hear it for yourself.The song "Children of the River" is gorgeous; it's a wonderful Asian/Celtic fusion and one of my favorite songs of all time!On this album, I highly recommend "Elan," "Dreamcatcher," "Sona," "In Our Tears," "Children of the River" (!!!!!!!), "Evensong," "Aria," "Divertimento" (!!!!!), "Aquarell," & "Dawn of a New Century!" As you can see, that's practically the entire CD...so you know what my suggestion is!

I love the music of Secret Gardens. I never get tired of listening to their CDs that I own. Soothing and beautiful music!

Secret Garden is one of my favourite ambient groups. Ethereal ..melancholy almost, interspersed with the beautiful rhythmic sounds of celtic dance. It evokes a mood of otherworldly sensuousness as one drifts into a spirit plane of mists and forgotten dreams. I have all the discs..although music is often repeated in each Cd. The violin is like a voice beguiling ,expressive caressing the spirit. Beautiful. I recommend it. Also loved 'The Best of Secret Garden -Millennium collection'

My favorite song on the album is Dawn of a New Century. A splendid collection of inspirational and folk music.

I LOVE THE MUSIC OF SECRED GARDEN. SO NICE THAT THERE ARE STILL PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT AT ACTUALLY PRODUCING MUSIC AS IT SHOULD BE - SOOTHING AND RELAXING. NO SCREAMING IN YOUR EARS AND FRAYING YOUR NERVES - JUST PURE, RELAXING TONES - MUSIC AS IT WAS MEANT TO BE!

I was listening to Soundscapes one morning and a song from this artist was playing. I liked it so much I went to the computer to find out more about them. I found the song on the CD I ordered and absolutely fell in love with the entire disc. It's very relaxing and peaceful.

I love the music of Secret Garden and continue to be amazed each time I get a newcollection of their music and see and hear how creative they are. Each is better thanthe one before and they are all gorgeous

I discovered this cd just by accident and really bought it for the first song "Moongate", which is still my favorite, but I love all of the cuts on it. It has a great mix of melancholy, upbeat Irish, and soft melodies. If you love violins, I highly recommend it.
