I use this product to prevent uti problem..i take it once a day ,stirred into a tumbler of water..it doesnt have a taste and makes no difference to the water..if anyone genuinely suffers frequent utis then order this now...it really works and has allowed me to come off long term antibiotics..

excellent product, I take it just before bed, i scoop per day and it seems to stop me getting infections. Dos'nt taste of anything so easy to take in a glass of water. Would recommend.

This product so far seems to be doing the business. No UTI-s since starting in August 2020 but still unsure whether the recommended dose is a level or heaped scoopfull??
