Worked perfectly for my usage.
For the price you cant ask for much more. Needed something that could easily fit in a suitcase for flights and for use in Ubers on vacation with our 4 year old. Worked great the entire trip, super light so it didnt take up alot of weight, small so it didnt take up alot of room and it was easy/quick to get in an uber which made the drivers happy. Overall a great seat. Wouldnt use it as an everyday seat but works great in a pinch or if you dont wanna lug a car seat on vacation.

There are no bells and no whistles. But your kid will probably provide all sorts of cute, funny, annoying, odiferous and infuriating sounds all on their own. The previous one of these we bought was what? ten, twelve years ago? We only needed to get this one so we'd have one in each car. Don't let anyone tell you these don't last or shouldn't be used because someone else makes a newer version that claims to be 3.7% safer. This is just fine, as long as your kiddo is tall enough and you make sure the shoulder strap is positioned low enough. So, no, it's not fancy, and that's what I like about it.
