Saved myself £175 every 3 months by buying this. I have been having fancy facials at a local beauty place but having thought about it I can pretty much do it myself at home ! Had a look on internet and good old amazon had everything I needed. The set has all the different sizes for your face/nose/eye area etc. I bought some alcohol from the chemist to clean them. That’s it, easy -- easy!!

the quality of the plastic and metal is nice and the pins are strongthe derma rollers are all useful for different reasons, and as it does promote skin rejuvenation it helps with scarsjust make sure you have a way to clean it with alcohol or boiling water

Works very well. Different sizes to use on different parts of your face. It does not come with an instruction manual, but I'd suggest watching youtube videos so that you don't use it wrong, or it could damage your skin.

I only received this product a few days ago but have been using another derma roller for about a month now and am seeing results in relation to the overall brightness of my skin.I got this product as it had longer needles and I want to see if it will help with reducing lines on my forehead and overall skin tightness, I can't comment on how effective it will be at those tasks but I can say it came well packaged and is easy to use.

I really like this micro needle kit as my skin has bad acne and my spots have already begun to clear up within a week! This is so affordable compared to getting microneedle treatments
