Great value tin Chinese mushrooms
Love the texture and taste of these mushrooms. Use them in stir fries and curries. Consistency is great

Add taste, bulk and texture to a vegetable stir fry.
Bought 3 tins, none dented on receipt, expiry date 19.04.22. 200g when drained, sufficient to include in a stir fry for 2-3 people. For those who carb count, these are very low, 4gCHO per 100g.Used 1/2 a tin in a vegetable stir fry last night, added taste, bulk and texture which I enjoyed. Make a good, low calorie alternative to meat on the days I feel like one utensil cooking!

Badly dented tins
The tins arrived badly dented. The mushrooms (from previous undamaged tins) taste good though.

Lovely mushrooms, just like from a Chinese
These are lovely mushrooms, just like the Straw mushrooms you get in a Chinese takeaway.Best to cut them in half before cooking. As these are tinned in salted water they have limited flavour, but their texture is super.Perfect in a bowl of Soup or with some Noodles.

Tin is slightly less than 50% full. Mostly water.
The mushrooms are fine in themsleves but on opening a tin the actual mushroom content was less than half of the tin. Rather disappointing.
