CirKa Controller for N64 (Red)

I didn't read closely and thought these were going to be OE and was a bit surprised when they arrived. I opened them and they seemed fine, just like I remembered. They felt new, and solid. I ordered three 3 that all arrived sealed in their packaging.We plugged them in for a rousing game of Mario Kart. All of the buttons work and had no issues with the D pad, or triggers. The only thing that doesn't feel quite right is the joy stick. I am not entirely sure if it is less responsive than I remember or if I have just become jaded by newer video games. Overall quality was impressive for a recreation, they have lasted for a fair amount of gameplay at this point.I still think these are a better bet than taking a gamble on a potentially worn out original controller.

I dug out my N64 and purchased two of these controllers (Red and Black). Compared to my two original controllers the buttons and joystick on these controllers are a little stiffer but I wouldn't take a star off for it, they still feel and play great. These controllers are identical looking to the original controllers, the only difference being the Nintendo branding isn't present. Very happy with the purchase overall.I took one star off because the cord is shorter than the original controller. You will need to be close to your TV or bring your console out to a coffee table to play comfortably.

Controller works fine. I bought it about 3 years ago and use it every now and again, probably every couple months. I can see if you use it everyday it'd be junk, but if you're using it casually it's totally fine. Not name brand nintendo or anything but who cares? It's cheap and it's better than the worn out controllers i had thanks to years of Mario Party.

It's an inexpensive off-brand replacement controller. The only difference I can notice is that the buttons and sticks are stiff from not being used for 10+ years like the other ones. I needed a couple more to complete a set of 4, these work great. They are a bit tight on the connections though, kind of a pain to insert or remove.

The Cirka controller works, but after some extended use (I purchased four Cirka controllers at the same time; they all started giving issues within about a week), keys begin sticking, and signals are being sent to the N64 without any buttons/the joystick being touched. While the issue wasn't huge when I was playing Gauntlet Legends, my girlfriend became increasingly frustrated while played Ocarina of Time and the controller would not allow her to line up hookshots in the Water Temple (we ended up hooking up another controller we hadn't used yet) or sent her off multiple cliffs elsewhere.The controller itself has a relatively decent price, and if you can get over its limitations, it will suit your needs fine.

We love to play Super Smash Bros on the N64 at family functions but our various original controllers were really crappy. When our little girls wanted to start playing, we knew we had to look for something better. We bought 4 of these! A black, a green, a red, and a blue. What a DIFFERENCE! We can actually CONTROL our characters. We've been using these most nights of the week for about a half hour at a shot (before bed, we each pick a location or two) and we beat each other on the game. My daughters are able to actually learn moves since the buttons all work consistently! Great buy!

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased this controller from seller EGiant, after having bought a different colored one of the same brand from a different seller, and I am sure I did not get the same brand controller as listed and as such it does not pertain to the actual controller but more to the seller itself. First of it it came in a bag instead of the box shown like my first one did, secondly if put side by side you can immediately tell this one is a very cheap knock off. The actual CirKa brand one feels very sturdy with solid buttons and firm and responsive joystick almost like an actual Nintendo one, this one feels like much, much cheaper plastic and the joystick was not only loose already but clicks and sounds like it will brake off at any minute. The paint is also an issue, while it is red, it is a much lighter red and they did not even bother to paint the part that plugs into the console, its grey instead of red. I am giving the seller two stars solely because so far the controller seems to work( mind you I've only used it for a couple of hours). In conclusion based on the first CirKa brand controller I bought, I would definitely recommend the BRAND just not the seller in particular.

I bought this for the sole purpose of playing Super Smash Bros on my N64... Amazing! Controller feels just like my original ones and I have had no issues after multiple hours of crushing my girlfriend in this game.**special super smash bros secret... pick Donkey Kong as your person, then just pick up players during the game and jump off screen... you will watch as they squirm on your back to an inevitable death below**

The best thing about this controller is that it actualy arrived at my house. I got this controller and after a half hour of playin a casual game like goden eye, the joy stick broke off. The comtroller felt solid for the first time i held it untill i got used to it. The buttons are hard to press and i felt like the plastic was about to break if i squeesed the handles
