We have a 6 year old non-verbal, autistic son. When he turned 6, 48" and 50 lbs we could no longer stretch the pampers to fit him. When we ordered these it was a difference between night and day. At first, we thought they were too big, because we were used to diapers with one tab that were too small. So we used the smalls, then ordered the x-small. After trying both, small was in fact the better fit, we just had to adjust to a different type of diaper. Now, his bowel movements stay in the diaper and we have one less thing to worry about. They are really absorbent and if we find ourselves busy out and about, we don't have to worry about leaks, they really can hold a lot of liquid. These are a million times better than depends or any other knock offs we've tried. We've even had ER visits to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the diapers they have are terrible compared to these. I sent my husband home to stock up the diaper bag! Update: June 2018 We've been using these diapers since our son was 6, he's now 9 and 68 lbs and about 54" tall. The small still fit him, however within the next few orders we will probably be moving up to the mediums due to the width. The height of these diapers is still very good and keeps all the poppy messes inside. We've had emergencies when we have had to buy depends etc at the store, and they don't even come close. He can wear one of these for 3-4 hours during the day and drink A LOT and no leaks. Nightime doesn't leak unless we don't change him within a few minutes of him waking up, which is on us, not the diaper. Sometimes the tabs rip, but it's maybe one diaper in a box of 100 and usually our fault. We also got an Angelman's diagnosis for our son, who previously tested negative and was just given a PDD-NOS diagnosis. It's not looking good for potty training anytime soon, so we'll be buying these for a long time... hope they don't stop making them!

We tried these out on our 5 year old daughter with Spina-Bifida. She is quite small, when we would get diapers from the Health supply store she was swimming in them. These seem to fit her much better and the build quality is very good. They are soft and durable and can handle a good deal of liquid. The tabs are in good places and can be removed and attached many times without losing the stickiness. We are going to move her down to the X-Small so they fit just a little better. Overall I am pleased and the price is great. The health supply company wanted $120 bucks a month for her diapers, these are higher quality and have a much better price. So if you are in need of something like this and are worried that these may get the job done, just know that we have used the so-called Name brand and these are much much better.

The only thing I dont like about this product is that the legs seem too small and the waistband too high, so the proportions are a little off for us, but next time we'll just order up a size and it'll probably be fine. I bought these for my son, who is big for his age and not fully potty-trained, and he literally outgrew the largest size of all the children's diapers, and I had no idea what to do next! I absolutely love how incredibly absorbent these diapers are. Zero leaks, which is awesome. Also, none of the liners have burst and leaked those tiny silicone pellets like other brands do. I do add absorbency pads for overnights, and they fit perfectly into the diapers. My son has super sensitive skin, but these diapers haven't irritated his skin at all. I'm already telling all my mom-friends about this product. It was a major breakthrough to figure out that XS adult diapers fit like XL children's diapers!!

I have been using these diapers for my disabled adult diaper since she was a teenager. They are fantastic. Always stays in place, absorbs very well (very few accidents,) and fits nicely on her frame. My neighbor gifted me another brand of diaper and I was reminded again why these are the best. No comparison.

I STRONGLY dislike this product for 3 reasons: 1. The tapes are poor in quality and will tear the briefs plastic cover regularly 2. VERY NOISY- I swear the only people who won't be able to hear you walking will be at least 15 feet away or deaf 3. LEAKS!!!!!! I was wearing this product earlier today as I was in class and I urinated and this brief leaked horribly! It was humiliating I was in the front row of my calculus lecture and I noticed a large wet spot on my shorts and t-shirt. Not only that, but when lecture was finally over and I attempted to bolt for the door I could feel the brief noticeably sagging. Also, this is not a product that was designed with comfort in mind, I was only in this brief for about 2 hours and it wasn't pleasant. It bunched and pinched A LOT! Basically, this product is NOT discreet, comfortable or effective and thanks to the sub-par design of this brief I have experienced one of the most humiliating events of my life.

Bought these for my 6 year old who wets the bed at nighttime. He is very small for his age (~35 pounds, 40 inches tall). I have tried so many overnight diapers and pull-ups with liners and experienced so many wet mornings. I did still put a liner in it (but might start trying it without it). These have leaked less than anything else we’ve tried! So happy we found these. He wears an XS and has plenty of room left in this size. His older brother is ~54 pounds and 49 inches and also still wets at night. The XS worked for him but I just ordered the size Small because I think it will fit him better.
