Awesome backpack!! My 11 year old son is very hard on his backpacks. We usually have to buy 2 a year. However, this backpack is still going strong! No broken straps, no ripped interior, no broken zippers. Everything is still in perfect working order. The backpack is well padded and there's plenty of room for everything he needs. Would definitely recommend.Update: My son is about to finish the school year and the backpack is still in great shape. He started in August and in April the one strap started to break, but is still intact now in June. He has a very heavy workload and transports a ton of heavy books/supplies. The one zipper just broke. But that's it. Pretty impressive for the abuse my kid put it through! Lol Will definitely be getting another one for next year!

Not of good quality. Washed it one time and one of the zippers broke beyond repair. They are described as " Sturdy", which they are not. I received mine about 2 1/2 months ago so I'm guessing returning it is out of the Question.Received a replacement bag free of charge. So far so good with the new bag. In addition, at the time of the original purchase I ordered 2 of these and the other one is holding up fine.

Update to original review: the company replaced the backpack with a new one and it seems to be working fine now. Customer service was very good and helpful, I hope the quality of the product the second time around is as good.(Original post: The strap is breaking off after only a month of use. It's a really nice looking bag, I'm hoping we can get a replacement or refund.)

Bag seemed a little cheaply made ..ok at first but after a week and a half of opening the front zipper maybe 10 times... it broke off and couldn't be repaired. Returned for a sturdier bagUpdate***The company reached out to me and didn't want any of their customers unhappy with their products and sent me a replacement bag... which is working just fine. I was very impressed by their communication and their willingness to make sure I was happy

I really liked the sturdy construction and the fabric selected to construct this bag. It will be used as a bag for 'emergency items' for my truck as essential for my trips in all kinds of long-distance travel in the mountains, here, in the northwest.

This was a great backpack! My son used it for school & then gave it to my husband to use for taking things to & from his job. Very durable & still looks like it’s barely been used.

Do not like that this back pack is not water proof or water resistant. My son had to wait for the bus in the rain one morning and despite using an umbrella his backpack soaked through and destroyed his school notebooks, folder and assignments. He had an extra pair of shoes in his backpack that got soaked too. Literally poured a puddle of water out of his backpack and yes all zippers were closed, the rain soaked through the fabric.

Needed an under-$20 backpack for my daughter for school. She's not a girly girl, and this one was perfect. Just enough pockets and compartments without being completely overwhelming like some packs. Seems pretty comfortable for her, too, and she likes the unique pattern on it.
