As a home school teacher, I need something to help me track assignments, grades, and other necessary information.Most important, there are seven daily slots for the different classes. As I don't normally have more than 5 (occasionally 6) classes, I like the extra slot or two when I wish to track something else (such as the book reports assigned for American Lit and World Lit). There is a combined slot for Sat/Sun, great for weekend assignments. All of the daily and weekly slots are large enough to fit anything I need to assign.In the front, I use the Daily Schedule to set up the weekly schedule. There are two of these, allowing me to make whatever changes are necessary for the second semester. A few pages later is a page titled "Supplementary Data, Special Tests." I use these to track the test scores.The next page, "Overview Planning," I use to jot overall notes about the different classes: Any trips I might schedule, or videos I find that may be helpful. The next page is a calendar, which I use to plot out the vacation days for the entire year. This doubles as an attendance tracker...any hours or dates missed can be written in red for easy visibility.

This is an excellent product at a great price for the organized public high school teacher.

A great way for my son to stay organized; he has found it really helpful to have one section on the page designated for each class.

I was an old school kind of teacher who liked to keep written plans instead of just online. This planner was perfect for me. I liked to fill in the overall calendar and then add details later. It was great to have this out and open every day as a reminder of what I needed to cover. Our school did not supply us with a physical planner, so I had to buy one myself. I really liked this one.

It’s perfect for light planning and I agree with another comment that you should get it with one more period than needed for after school or other things that need to be done that day. The cover is not as sturdy as I would like, but it’s so inexpensive that I think it’s okay and am considering buying a cover slip to protect it as I carry it to and from school.

I love this planner because it gives me enough space to plan out 7 periods/blocks of time and the pages are visually clear and easy to use. It's a simple planner that's durable and not bulky or heavy. I've been using it for the last few years. The only thing that I wish it had would be a few more extra pages for record keeping/"supplementary data" (It only came with two sheets). But if you prefer to have that part electronically, then this teacher planner is for you.

This reminds me of the old-fashioned lesson plan books of the past, which is why I purchased it.

I like the pliability of the cover. I wasn’t sure I would like it sinceI have had hard back covers before. This works great and allows me to easily get it in and out of my bag without tears or snags.I like the lines to write specifics for notes, ideas or changes.The boxes are a bit small for bigger hand writing of lots of detail. The beat things about it is there are plenty of pages for taking roll/entering grades. There is a small notes section and seating charts.
