Super easy to put together...the instructions are a little vague but it’s a pretty simple construction. I got it put together in about 20 mins. Seems to be sturdy. Only have a few issues...one is that the area for which the cat jumps up to are very small (my cat is only 6 lbs and very petite but I feel if she was any bigger she’d have problems climbing on it). Two (which wouldn’t matter if you don’t have small kids in your household because it’s plenty sturdy enough to stand with just a cat climbing on it but I’ve got a one and a three year old lol) is that there not really any way to anchor it to the wall.Other than that it’s definitely worksWould recommend for anyone with a small cat

Niles loves this! He was so excited to get it, and had to help me put it together. He has been on it at least 15 out of the last 24 hours. He slept for several ours in the hammock—he loves it more than the last one I had. He’s about 11#, and likes how cozy it is. He especially over the rope toy. The whole thing is really well designed and I love the screw-in toys, especially the extra ball toy for when he chews through the initial one. All in all I’m really pleased, and this is the first cat thing I’ve purchased for him that is more popular than the box it came in.

Not the most stable due to the small base and overhanging house box, but for a 1bd apartment it's a perfect fit. My 10lb slender boy uses every single spot except for the house box and the bottom scratch pad. I put catnip in the house box to get him to go inside at least once in a while, and it's easy to vacuum the residue up instead of having it all over the floor.The only thing I wish was that the bowl cover came off for easy washing. It doesn't come off at all, and it's attached to the poles, so I'd have to remove the entire top half of the tower to wash it by hand. It gets filled with fur quickly, so I vacuum it regularly instead.

Our cat just loves it. I am 77 and my husband has MS and between the two of us we got it put together with little trouble. We put it in front of one side of our french doors. She sits on the highest perch and watches everything going on outside. Well worth the time and money. Our cat agrees.

This is a great cat tree especially at this price!!! I’ve been shopping for a long time now and I was really hesitant about spending so much money but this had great reviews so, I decided to give it a try and Piper loves it!!! It has taken him a little longer to warm up to it but he has an entire house to himself with just two women and even though my mom doesn’t want him on the top of the sofa, she can’t bring herself to make him get off cause he’s so cute up there! Lol! But really, buy this tree, you won’t be disappointed!!! I added a picture of Piper enjoying the condo while I was assembling the tree! Lol!I will say that Piper is a bigger cat, somewhere around 15lbs I think and he is too big for the little bed up at the top but the rest is perfect!

Points for being easy to assemble and when it's put together it does look nice. My 8-lb cat enjoys it already, but my 16-lb guy doesn't fit in the house, the top cushion or the hammock. So far he sits on the top "C" piece overlooking the top to see out the window --- and that's it. Their previous stand was 6 ft tall, 4 ft wide and 3 deep with plenty of room to roll around. I guess they'll have to take turns on this one. **Perfect for kittens or small cats.**

This is good for the price but honestly wish the carpet was different or made better. Carpet is very cheap, took it out of the box and carpet fuzzies were everywhere! It does smell bad when unpacking. I do wish there was more twine for scratching. I also did not realize that you have to assemble the house, other towers I owned the house came all set up, this house only has wood on the bottom and top then 4 poles to hold it together! I’m hoping my cat doesn’t break through the house with the fabric being so cheap!
