I like that is is so easy to install and it fits so good. It is very light but sturdy and the material that it is made of is easy to clean. It performs well and closes without making much noise when the grandkids drop it 🤣

I ordered this seat for a spare bathroom we rarely use, which is why it has the original blue 80's decor. Trying to match the color blue was very difficult until I contacted Bemis customer service. They were fantastic (who knew there were so many "blues" !) The match was perfect so I give Customer Service 5+. The quality of the seat itself is a 5 star as well---sturdy and well made. Now for the problems. I have replaced many toilet seats and it is usually a five minute job. Not so here. First of all, I had never used this "locking" device and there were absolutely no instructions. Zero! Luckily I looked at all the amazon reviews and found a post encountering the same problems with excellent solutions. Thanks to that post I found the youtube video and was able to mount the seat correctly. However, more problems. The new nuts to tighten onto the bolts had "handles" that were too large. It was literally impossible to tighten the nuts because the long handle kept running into the toilet bowl. The old nuts from the original seat had cracked and were no good. So I went to Home Depot and purchased the standard toilet seat replacement nuts and bolts. The nuts worked perfectly. So what should have been a simple toilet seat replacement turned into a very frustrating morning. So the quality of the seat is a 5 star, installation a 1 star.

Got 3 of them. Replaced all my toilet seats cause these are great quality, easy to install, not expensive and once installed, they don't move

What a horrible quality... I purchased this seat on May 9th, 2 months ago, never used any harsh chemicals, just water and soft towel to clean it. And as you can see paint started coming off on one side of the seat. Don't bother buying it - Garbage. I should've listened to the other people reviews before purchasing it.Question to the manufacturer: Are you using a water based paint as a finish coat??

We replace our toilet seat every 2 years for hygiene reasons. Since discovering Bemis we have stuck with them, they are an excellent product

The toilet seat is absolutely gorgeous the craftsmanship is superb. I had a slight problem with ordering to wrong size, emailed them on the 20th of Sep and all sorted out by the 22 nd. Unbelievable, the service care with incredible. Would recommend the seat and would buy from the company in a heart beat. Exactly what old businesses and their ethics where built on. Thank you

Perfect fit

The delivery (from USA) went smoothly. It was bought to replace an existing Bemis seat, the hinge of which had cracked, once the hinge was on the point of actual failure.The Amazon site points out the new, easily released hinges, but what it DOES NOT POINT OUT is that the distance between the two hinges has also changed !!The result was that both the new hinges had to be removed and then pilot holes drilled before they could be repositioned. There are now the 'old hoes' visible until I can find a suitable powder blue filler to fill them.SUGGEST the Amazon site should specify the distance between the hinge centres AND that Bemis should provide replacement seats that matched to old measurements as an option.Other than that it is a good loo seat, albeit on the expensive side.
