FLCA 100% Mulberry Silk Pillowcase for Hair and Skin with Hidden Zipper Cotton Underside Standard Size 1pc - 19Momme (Black, Standard(51X75CM))

Bought to replace an old set of silk cases. Given the price, i was a tad sceptical that this was 100% Mulberry Silk as claimed and I'm no expert, but i dont believe this to be silk. Doesnt look as glossy and pure as silk, has that slightly fake shine more like Satin and doesnt feel anywhere near as soft and silky as real silk does. Thats not to say its totally rubbish, but falsely advertised in my view. Aside from that, its an ok pillow case. Top half is the 'silk like' material with the underside being cotton. This is exactly what i was looking for as i have a silk sheet and silk on silk is a bit of a slippery nightmare. Having a cotton underside helps to reduce those issues a little. Its comfortable enough to sleep on and you still experience most of the benefits that you buy a silk pillow case for, just to a lesser extent.Its incredibly thin fabric though! You can almost see straight through both materials when held up to the light and it feels quite fragile when putting it on. Zip is very delicate, which is good because you dont want to catch your face on it obviously, but i would advise to take care with it as i doubt it will take much punishment. Have washed it several times without issues. Overall, its pretty good to sleep on, which is the main thing. But its wrongly advertised in my opinion and probably not worth the price paid overall. I only bought one case as a test, i will be looking for better quality to replace the rest I'm afraid.

They're a pretty pink....only half way round the underside is white....but they squeak in your ear as you breath at night

I was pleasantly surprised, it is very good … as I was uncertain after reading the reviews But it is real silk scrumptious to sleep on, & the cotton back is great as it doesn’t slip … I really love 💕 it 👌

I am really pleased with this. I wouldn’t say I’ve seen a dramatic difference but I know I’m being more careful with my skin as hair. I have gifted one of these too and it was liked - I would recommend

You are lying about this product. This is not 100% real silk and I want my money back. This is obviously polyester. I have been in the textile industry so I know what real silk is and what it should feel like. The label says 100% real mulberry silk, how is this possible if one side, 50% of the product is ‘cotton’?Stop lying to customers
