Nice bit of kit
Was working on my Beta doing a rebuild and getting annoyed with the disgusting oil soaked box I have used in the past as a stand. This work stand is very well thought out and similar to what Beta sells for a fraction of the price. (5%!!) Everything is just cleaner now and will make the rebuild easier and the ability to pivot the engine is brilliant. Should have bought one years ago!!!!

Holds engine Solid and makes assembly easier.
This item is very useful. I did make some upgrades to the item so that it will last a lifetime. I went to home depot lowes and got Teflon washers and put them in between the contact points and the swing The 2 main bolts where they have a metal to metal contact. It is a wear point. I would advise doing the same as well as if the hardware is not stainless steel I would convert the hardware to stainless steel it is fairly easy to do. I'll see if I have some photos to show the upgrades that I did. You will have to zoom in on the picture as I am not with the product right at this moment the pictures I am going to PostHave my CR 250. Engine case suspended. I also recommend drilling a hole in each one of the uprights their support The stand with a king nut so as to be able to Disassemble the base easily. I also recommend Getting some strips of Velcro And using the soft part of the Velcro sticking it to the bottom of the drip traySo that the tray slides smoothly and there is no metal to metal contact. These are all just small things details. All in all the stand is solid. I'm just as I prefer person that can't leave anything alone especially when it is an upgrade and very easy to do.

Excellent product
It’s an excellent work stand at a reasonable price. Being able to easily rotate and lock the engine in position is what really makes it for me. Very nice finish also. Highly recommended!

Engine stand
Being able to have a stable stand that rotates helps a lot to get things where you need them to work on them. I have used it on 2 & 4 stroke single cylinder engines.

Very bad design
Engine stand purchased to mount vintage Yamaha 2T engine for rebuild. Doesn't fit. Total cost was almost $200.00, restock fee was $90.00? For ninety dollars I would have kept it and used it as a plant stand or boat anchor, something. If they're going to charge basically half the price of the item for restocking they should warn you up front.

Serves the purpose
If you build engines for a living might recommend something better but for once or twice it does the job.
