SSP Dimpled Vibration Isolation Pad Strip 3/8 inches thick by 4 in X8 in x 21 in. Support pads for running machines and other exercise machines. Designed especially to limit sound and vibration transferred by the machine directly through the floor into the ceiling below. These types of pads work better for washers, dryers, refrigerators, running machines and other types of fitness equipment and appliances. Washers, TV's and speaker enclosures placed on them transmit much less vibratory sound into the floor. You'll need at least 2 for frames of exercise and running machines to reduce sound transfer through the floor. May be cut to squares for other types of machines. You may need a soundproofing mat as well.
