Great training aid if used correctly
I love my pessoa longing system. I use it once a week and feel that it has greatly improved and helped develop my horse's top line quicker. I do want to stress that one cannot underestimate how much it makes your horse work. Work the time up slowly and do not make the lines too short, otherwise it can create the adverse effect and cause tension and strain in the horse. There are many great educational videos on youtube on how to correctly use the pessoa.

So happy with this system. I bought the cob/horse size. I am a hunter jumper trainer so use it on multiple different horses. It fits my 15 hand morab and is on the close end of fitting a 16.3 hand tank of an ottb we have. If you have a long horse over 17 hands I would probably go for the oversized. I would says the horse/cob size is best for horses between 14-16 hands. Very impressed with the quality and it's made a difference in our horses' way of going and balance. Great for our ottb who is figuring out how to rock back, without having to also balance a rider. Start set loosely and do short sessions to prevent soreness. Much better priced than the Pessoa System.

Just like a more expensive Pessoa
Just like a more expensive Pessoa, though I have found that at times the ropes move a little too freely and get a bit loose. Not enough to be a problem, but just something to look out for when you're working your horse or pony. I bought the pony size and was able to adjust it work with my 10.1 pony with no problems.

In Tactful Hands, this is a great tool.
This lunging system is very helpful in building a top line and encouraging self-carriage.That said, it is a tool that must be used with GREAT TACT. The handler needs to appreciate what the mechanism does to the horse. The work should be done slowly and for short periods only. It does not replace correct riding. Unfortunately, there are many trainers out there who use these and other gimmicks to create a 30 day wonder at the expense of the poor horse.

Great product - came just as advertised. We are using it on a green ottb and really like it from getting him to understand how to use himself correctly.

Seems to be just as good as the pricier options
This is an amazing tool. Great price point. Quality so far is fine, haven't used it too much, but it is exactly like the Pessoa, and my trainer, who said "get the actual Pessoa, no substitutions" thought this one was totally solid.

Good, more affordable option to the full priced Pessoa
Very happy with the quality and consistency of this lunging system; ropes haven't stretched yet, pulleys work well. One clip might need to be replaced as the spring isn't very strong but overall, it's a great, affordable system. My mare is 16h and fits well into the cob/horse size.

My vet recommended this for my 17 year old that has some arthritis in L5.I wasn’t sure the quality would be as good as the name brand Pessoa.It’s just as nice anyone nicer! Super happy with the quality!!!
