It is sometimes hard to find in depth records on older le mans races and these books are worth their weight in gold.

Great book. Very detailed in regards to each race. Provided good information on the race and lead up to the race

Basic Le Mans reference book series. Yeah, I know, color pics from this period are rare, but I still want more. The other thing missing from the race coverage are peak speeds on the Mulsanne straight. Some cars have it mentioned, but many do not.

Great book. Covers for me the most fascinating period of Le Mans history. Great detail and good photos, a must for all enthusiasts of 50s motor racing.

Ces livres sur les 24h du mans sont toujours aussi merveilleux et une vraie mine d'informations. Les photos sont de très bonnes qualités (pour l'époque décrite dans le livre !), accompagnés de textes très détaillés sur chaque écurie participant aux différentes éditions. Classements et autres infos sont également fournies. Bref un must have. Par contre langue de shakespeare obligatoire !
