Gold Sharbati Whole Wheat Flour, 10 Pound

This flour make the absolute best chapati! It is a wonderful soft wheat that creates just the right texture you need for delicious flat breads. I've also used it as an additive to white flour based bread to give it more texture and it blended beautifully. This flour is not at all course like many other types of wheat flour. It is soft and pliable. I will definitely buy this flour again.

A bit expensive for us but this flour probably saved my life. I was so bad at making chapatis and now my chapatis are so soft and delicious, my parothas are so flaky. I’m so proud of myself, I learned to make chapatis in a few months and I owe all of this to this atta. <heart eyes>

Atta is hard to find in Usa so we are lucky to find it here Defiantly price will be high comparitavely but getting atta is more important. Worth the price excellent quality may be they can increase the price more worth it
