I like these bands alot. They are good for regular exercise or physical therapy. I tend to need the stronger ones and these do the trick. I would say i have used them moderately and so far they have held up. I really like the bag as it makes for easy travel.

The bands are as described. I like the extra medium band. All of these bands seem about the same as the other brands - I chose this brand because it came with an "exercise guide" - a very disappointing "guide" - shows some leg exercises in a three-fold one page instruction sheet. So for the bands - good product - but don't buy for the "exercise guide" - you'll have to look up those online.

I purchased these bands a few weeks ago. So far, these bands seem to be of very high quality. I workout a lot and I am always hesitant of trying new bands in case one snaps. I do not see that happening with these. I also like that there is a lifetime warranty with the bands. At the price point for this product, I do not think you can go wrong with the purchase. We have a home gym and I also like the fact these fit into a small, compact case and do not take up a lot of space. I foresee them traveling well.

I like the variety of sizes, but wish the bands were wider and stronger. I only ever use the heavy band and it's still too weak in resistance.

Can't beat this set; the price is very good. I've used them twice now and I'll take a guess that they'll last for a long while. For a woman in her (cough) late 50s: something like this along with my exercise bike and walking.....absolutely necessary to keep some kind of muscle tone going on (when things are just going south!).Love these. I absolutely LOVE it. Was introduced to it at my kickboxing class. Every belt has a different strength and I use them almost every day. Even my little kids pick it up once in a while since you can do so many different things with that and can bring them anywhere. Even my husband uses it who is pretty athletic and does martial arts.

Love these Bands, they are great when you need a little resistance training. I have a chronic illness that doesn't allow me to get out to the gym, but I like to get some exercise, with these Bands you can start light and work your way Up. The are like the ones you use at Physical Therapy only nicer!!! Quality made and comfortable. Thanks

Good quality, I love the different strengths and they work really well. They don't permanently stretch out of shape and take quite a bit of abuse (so far). The carrying bag is convenient. I keep these in a drawer at my desk and every hour pull them out for five or ten minutes to stay active.
